Seeing quite a lot of this. Interested to see what it'll be like by kick off. Although i do get the impression that boy isn't there and is just saying it for a laugh.

Just noticed at 25 seconds into the first video a boy gets his wig volleyed off. Incredible stuff, there's yer moment of the tournament.

I sincerely look forward to seeing what England flag/lower league acronym Twitter have to say about this after them moaning about Scotland fans' behaviour a few weeks ago.

Aye even having it at 6pm would've been much better. Judging by photos and videos i've seen, half of England have been at the pub since about 10 this morning, with the whole booking thing making folk book earlier slots to get a decent space etc making things worse.

Some pretty strange behaviour there. Much the same as the folk who chuck patio furniture across European town centres instead of having a laugh with their pals on holiday, there seems to be an undercurrent of anger despite it being one of the most exciting days in their footballing history.

I do enjoy the ''this thing isn't quite as bad as one of the worst things to ever happen to humanity, so what you moaning about!!!' patter the pure thickos hit out with. No doubt yer man there is a member of those 'who remembers the milk van/proper binmen/opal fruits' facebook groups that seem like a breeding ground for mental opinions.

Is it? all i'm seeing is that there are no close contacts and that the rest of the squad are training as normal minus Gilmour.

And i also have the fear after watching the videos of him, Robertson and McGinn playing table tennis last night, no close contacts is a plus though.

Just a disaster. Couldn't have been a bit part player or someone who was never going to play, of course it was him. Fucking nightmare.

Assuming it was the same as the Czech game in that the tickets were only available if you'd had them previously cancelled?

We have a really special player on our hands here. The 'why cant we produce a player like that' type of player we've wanted for years. As others have said he doesn't play like a Scottish player at all, so calm and technically comfortable on the ball, and plays with a composure i can't really remember any other Scottish player possessing, like a top European player. Exciting stuff.

Was out walking to the shops this morning, seeing a few flags and kids wearing Scotland shirts to school etc. Starting to really sink in that it's happening. I'm 25 so have no recollection of 1998, but have grown up hearing all about it, looking at my Dad's photos from Paris and then reading folks stories on here about running home from school, going to parties/pubs and how the whole country came to a standstill for the Brazil game. Being out this morning was the first time i realised that this is my generation's version of that, something i've imagined and thought about for years but never quite thought would happen. Having tortured myself with the ordeal of going to the games for years, witnessing an ungodly amount of shite, i'll probably find it hard not to get emotional hearing the anthem at a major tournament for the first time.

Aye I would doubt he's phoning folk up listing his 1-11, they might have an insight into how he's thinking about the squad and certain players in general going into the tournament though.

Pat Nevin on AVFTT/Euros said with some conviction that McTominay will play in midfield and that Gilmour almost certainly won't play on Monday. He didn't exactly say 'Clarke told me this' but with them being pals i don't think it's daft to assume he's probably spoken to him some point, which i felt he was half alluding to.

Aye i don't mind the Blethered podcast but Sean McDonald looked very much like someone who hadn't done much actual presenting before. I suppose a YouTube show for the Euros is the ideal place to give youngish Scottish up and coming media folks a bash at it, so fair enough. I always feel like folk massively underestimate the role of a good presenter until they watch someone who isn't quite up to pace and it becomes very obvious that it's not an easy thing to do. The lead singer from Glasvegas has always come across as a strange character, he's quite notorious for being difficult to work with and seemingly has the rockstar ego of an 80s Elton John as opposed to the singer from an indie band who had mild local success approaching 15 years ago.

Really wouldn't be a great look if we stood whilst the England players took the knee. We'd end up getting cheered by the EDL lot thinking we were on their side.

Not pressing with anywhere near the energy of Wednesday night, seems like it's almost deliberate to sit back. Can understand if he's maybe trying the tactic out for the Euros but surely you'd use the Netherlands game to play like this.

Did everyone on here who bought tickets today have them cancelled previously or did these go on full general sale?

In the past i mind watching us against teams when they'd bring on some player from Inter Milan or Atletico Madrid and thinking 'thats the difference, what chance have we got when they have players like that on the bench' etc. How have we ended up at the point where we're bringing on a Chelsea player for the last 10 minutes to give him a run about and try something different?.
