Tom English and co are always embarrassing whenever one of the usual Scottish fitba characters lose a job. Blame is on the players 'nae characters, nae fight, nae leaders' and inane shite about modern players having it easy. Jumping to take bullets for their pal and chucking any credibility in the process. Echoes of the the collective gaslighting effort in the Covid season in regards to Lennon.

I quite like it for gambling purposes, but McTominay is a nightmare for a clumsy, needless booking. Literally every time he plays just about.

Our CL campaign in a nutshell this. A result you'd expect and wouldn't really be surprised with before a ball was kicked, which has unfolded in a very frustrating way. Done OK in spells, can't finish for shite. Out on our arse. Elite level fitba eh!

The boy King has been given one hell of a raw deal here - would normally be phased in gradually, dipping out occasionally whilst starting cup games. Being expected to hold an (already shaky) defence together in the CL with next to no experience of playing professional football - never mind European football, isn't ideal. A bit like Stephen Welsh for us in the Covid season - spared of the usual patience folk have with young players due to being thrown in as the main CB at a high pressure time.

McKirdy is known for being probably the biggest bam in the English lower leagues - he's always going to do things like this, which is why i was excited at the prospect of him in Scottish football. I think the supporters of every club he's played for now hate him apart from Swindon, i'll be amazed if Hibs fans don't end up in the first group by the time he leaves.
