  1. Cheers. He had a torrid time with us the last 12/15 months (hence he's out for game time). Hopefully nothing too serious
  2. Our fans still bemoaning the loan of Chris Kane? Already missing regular games at Dunfermline. 100% the correct decision to offload on loan.
  3. Groundsman was going to fast on the tractor with them attached and tipped thus rendering useless, much like the groundsman. Confident I could produce a better pitch
  4. The linked new owner is not exciting or whacky. Seems an intelligent person so why they want to invest in us ( any club in Scotland) is beyond me.
  5. Missing Phillips physicality in the middle and both full backs, no matter who play RWB or LWB are brutal.
  6. Dundee deserved the win. Plenty attacking play from them but I personally thought we had stopped them/weathered it until the penalty incident. Saints lack of decent depth always the issue and right back area is a complete bomb scare. Thought Cameron for Dundee was exceptional, a really tidy busy player.
  7. You were 2 or 3 inches from going 2 down against that shite.....
  8. His Dundee united team once he got it his way was pretty easy on the eye and played some lovely attacking football. Same with Hearts. Think we need to let him keep us up, gut this entire squad and rebuild it with better younger players which will allow him a bit more flexibility in formations etc. He's not been scared to change games to a back 4, a diamond etc, unfortunately we just do not have the individual players to pull it off.
  9. Strange how we looked more attacking against Aberdeen in the second half and also against Hibs, also in the second half It's obviously there in small sample sizes, but I thought we created some good chances in both games I've highlighted. I guess it's about trying to find the right balance.
  10. There is very little quality in the entire squad. It needs a massive overhaul, and the best way to do that Is by remaining in the league. It's a grind this season out as best we can, stay up, by my reckoning 15 players will be gone in the summer, this allows flexibility to get some better players in.
  11. Trying to undo 3 years of ineptitude from Callum and Macca I would imagine. Hampered by the incredible wages handed out by Callum. Yes it's awful to watch, but for us to be 9 points ahead of 12th place before he was appointed is bonkers. Not sure any of us saw that turnaround.
  12. That's just not true about CL and his lack of being at the stadium!! Duff info
  13. Kane and may were 100% fit today. Clark lucky if was 50%. Tells a story. No turner cooke there today either
  14. Maybe 2 of the current strikers are getting punted this week....
  15. TBF to him, he's inherited one of the worst squads we've had in many a year. No pace, constantly injured forwards, no real right back and no wingers. He's done what's needed, made us hard to beat and be in most games. It's not going to be pretty but we have a chance now of staying up. Could any of us envisaged that before CL was appointed?
  16. He's been offered a deal before Xmas that would have made him our top earner. His agent is not Interested in him signing it. We need to hold onto him until the season ends though.
  17. No one is going to take that contract on for Crawford . A team has already offered to pay all of May's wages but he's not for going. A team from down south has enquired about Jephcott. Turner cooke will be back to Newcastle as soon as Phillips is fit. Roll on the end of may and most of this squad can be emptied.
  18. Need to try and shift some of the excess before any more come in. A few have been told they are free to go.
