So we are well placed on 6th and might just grab that 5th placed spot as Hamilton continue to slip down the league. Hell we might even finish above Utd, who are suffering since selling Armstrong and GMS. So my predictions at the start of the season look pretty solid. Also a few fans, one in particular, continuously slated Irvine and Stewart. They are two of our best players. Still happy to take 10th spot?

Thomson is a lot better than Ferry but agree that he isn't worth anything if injured all the time.

Absolutely...almost won us the game against Patrick. Yes pity Nicky Riley was injury prone and that he didn't improve his final ball but his dribbling and crazy runs were better than Boyle's in entertainment terms and he did provide some assists. Not that I am criticising PH.

Yes, Riley was always an interesting player to watch. Unpredictable. Sometimes I felt even he didn't know where he was going with the ball... Great dribbler. Pity his crossing and shooting wasn't of the same standard. Bound to get a new club in the January window. All the best.

I have the faith! Dinnae worry. I think we'll win v Hamilton but I quite like the fact they're top(even though I wish it was us). Well done to them. No they don't have any galacticos but they're not a long ball, kick and rush team either.

We will need to do a lot more than pass at the required pace... which suggests to me that you haven't read it. Hamilton can actually play some good football at times. I think it's refreshing that they're top.

I think he would learn by playing alongside him. For the Hamilton game my midfield would be Thomson, Stewart, McGowan and Harkins... so I guess JMac. However he has been excellent at times too.

Yes, at last a threatening striker who holds the ball up and is direct, good with the head too. I'd play Wighton alongside him in a 4 4 2.
