  1. Our midfield is so soft it’s not real and a big part of the issue this year. Cuddihy in there doesn’t fill with confidence. I’ve hit a stage of not even thinking a win would really bother me today, it’s been a shambolic season and we are just complete shite.
  2. Feel like this could be an all too familiar feeling for a lot of people. The midfield is the biggest issue for me, Cuddihy is too soft and Nicol should never have been brought back, a liability. I’ve mentioned before but the signing policy has been diabolical and we need questions answered on Diamond/Corr’s roles. 7 boys from the SPL clubs is woeful stuff. Btw, the 4 from Rangers plus the guy that left are utter dug meat. If they got a colts team in they’d be near the bottom of league 2. I couldn’t face league 2 again, other than a year and a bit we were shite in that league. The thought of going back to Albion Rovers, Annan etc is brutal.
  3. The game a few weeks back was eye bleeding. No thanks.
  4. On the flip side, what is the incentive to go back? Blind faith? It’s not even habit anymore.
  5. I wouldn’t be surprised if Lennon chucked it in the summer.
  6. We could still be playing from the game against you at broadwood a few weeks back and not have scored.
  7. If all we’d get is a 1k fine I’d take a forfeit for next Thursday and save us all the hassle.
  8. Maybe on a tackling front and card count but nothing else.
  9. The latest financial issue involving Norrie Innes has been really tiring, we have continuously got ourselves into problems which has led us to pay money out which could’ve been avoided. We all dug deep last year and we have had next to nothing back. Coupled with being shite and watching games on a live stream, it’s just been an all round disaster. Paying wages to two guys who can muster up 7 academy players between them is just the peak of it all. We are poorly run, and due to getting ourselves into more financial difficulty now can’t back our best management team in years.
  10. Nicol is a complete liability with his tackling, amazing how he’s got to his age and not learned to improve that side of his game.
  11. Some of our fans would actually enjoy a relegation if their posts are anything to go by.
  12. Why threaten one team with it but don’t carry it out when the situation actually comes up though? I’d be interested to hear how they answered that question.
  13. The SPFL told hibs they’d forfeit the Celtic game if they didn’t play, slightly different circumstances but still the point stands. I wouldn’t have played personally either, but is it one rule for one and one for another? Not like the authorities to do that here.
  14. Dumbarton fans might’ve overtaken East Fife for the biggest meltdown in this situation. Class reading.
  15. Hope the East Fife players were contacted to confirm they were happy with the wording of the SPFL statement.
  16. Since Craig Howie signed for us there has been a strange number of people claiming to work with him.
  17. I’ve always found the notion of punishing players/clubs for players catching a virus during a pandemic a strange one, especially when the players have day jobs. We could end up punished for a virus spreading on a bus journey to Peterhead but we’ll let others fly to Dubai in the midst of a lockdown...
  18. We are away to Forfar on Thursday.
  19. There is a general consensus that neither club is at fault here, with the information available at the moment. Can Clyde be criticised for being ready to play a game when the JRG say it’s good to go? I’d say no. Equally, I don’t think there can be any blame on East Fife not playing, families and day jobs come first at the end of the day. It’ll be interesting to see how this pans out, I think there was a bit of overreaction from some East Fife fans to the Clyde statement, the East Fife statement says the same thing in different words. Clydes statement was simply stating it was East Fife who didn’t play, which was confirmed by Darren Young. Quick decisions needed by the authorities although there hasn’t been one word from them about our postponed games from November...
  20. Claiming my use of the word lunacy is a mental health jibe, clearly in the perma offended category
  21. Why would the full team need to isolate? That’s not happened in other circumstances this season. If anyone has been in close contact they’ll be contacted with t&t.
  22. 3-0 win to Clyde as east fife chose not to fulfil. Only option.
  23. Are you suggesting that contingency plans have been made after not making them all season?
  24. Game off, communication has been dreadful.
