Allan, McKay and Lawal can all go for me this window, Allan just hasn't worked out and I think yesterday might be the final nail in his coffin, McKay isn't good enough and Lawal is so far out the picture it'd be in his interest to try his luck elsewhere. I think we all agree McGinn is done and is counting down his playing days till he chucks it, probably at the end of the season. As for Mackie, Alfie and Oliver I'd keep them for cover. Not that I'm in anyway convinced by any of them. I just don't get what McGlynn sees in Mackie he's never ever going to be as good as McCann, he can be rash and all over the place at times. Agyeman has pace and strength but he doesn't have a trick, he seems very much a confidence player, you just don't know what he's going to do and I'm not sure he knows himself. Oliver is just well Oliver, capable of grabbing a goal but just as capable of having a stinker and missing right in front of goal (see cup semi). I'd be reviewing their situation at the end of the season IF we do go up.

McGlynn believes the bench players can play championship never mind league 1 or 2 in his pre match interview. Sorry John but that's just bollocks.

IF we do go up I don't see us winning back to back promotions. Any team getting relegated from the prem maybe Livi apart will have better finances and players. Then if either of Dundee Utd or Raith don't go up this season they'll be strong again next season. Add in your Dunfermline's, Partick's etc. I think we would be doing well to get a playoff spot. Not factoring in the championship being one of the most bonkers leagues about where any side can beat another on any given day. Think last season it was only Raith out all the teams that never had anything to play for on the last day.

I don't know if he'd drop to that level he could easily play for most league 1 clubs plus any club taking him would probably need to pay his wages as we aren't flush with cash. FWIW I don't see him moving. All it would take is an injury to MacIver and/or Shanley and he's needed.

I'm not convinced Lawal and Allan will be allowed to leave. Do they need to be playing regular football? Yes but if we can't bring in better then there's no point letting these guys go. McKay might want to seek pastures new there's no chance he's displacing Lang or Donaldson and I'd even say Mackie is in front of him now. The way McGlynn was talking he's happy with the squad size and we don't have the money to bring in anyone who would enhance the squad, now we have everyone fit there will be someone sitting in the stand. Whatever happens with Morrison remains to be seen but it would be lunacy to sell him in this window especially for the pittance we'd get and when we are going for promotion.

Expecting another tough game against queens but I'd take any sort of win. Is Reilly still injured?
