Unlucky though we were the better team tonight , should have taken it to penalties, unfortunately we have lost due to the first game imo

John gall utterly despises Talbot and he doesn't even try and hide the fact.
But Talbot will be about the top end of our game much longer than John gall or darvel so he won't enjoy his moments of sheer twistedness for much longer.
We will always be challenging but next season I think Darvel will start to fall away, would rather be us everytime

It's all part of the John Gall/Darvel get-it-right-up-the-Talbot mindset.
In which case one says GIRU them Talbot! Quick first goals puts us back in it.
Mon the Talbot!
Was thinking the same thing

Crammed in behind the goals, need to get to the railings or you wont see, they should have gave that full sideline to Talbot and could still have entered and exited at the cemetery end, theres no way Darvel will fill their section.

We need to score first and no concede any , I think It could be a 1each draw on the night

Both were miles better than Talbot.
I didn't think pollok were miles better if anything quite even and I'm confident we would have won if it hadn't been for the wind that day

As a neutral, and having watched Pollok defeat Talbot in the West semi, I expected Darvel to win comfortably. At a point when Talbot were well on top, the referee missed a blatant foul only to then award a penalty which changed the game. For me a draw would have been a fair result and on that showing I would say Pollok were better than either of them.
Darvel were better than pollok imo

Can't see us scoring 2 or more at Darvel on Fri , hope I am wrong though. Darvel score first tie is over

Quite alot , we have won it in the past

For me I would be putting everything into winning the SJC now

Big game on Friday now potentially all we have left to play for imo

That game yesterday shouldn't have been played because of the wind, what a farce, we flung it away

Shambolic defending for both goals .
Tucker needs to forget about this McPherson as a right back experiment as hes being hung out to dry there.
Disappointing tonight as we had them under the cosh when we gave away a cheap free kick that led to the winner with McPherson & Glavin both culpable.
I've been saying this for weeks about McPherson - playing out of position

Been mostly dry in NC all day, pitch will be fine for tonight.
As has been mentioned previously it's no a pitch that silky soccer can be played on but what I've seen of both teams this season I don't think the pitch will be the deciding factor
Dry in new cumnock?

Glens are on a wee bit of form, winning their last two games. The fact they're also in the midst of a relegation fight makes this a tough one. Hopefully Talbot had more quality and desire.
Is the weather ok?
Weather is bad just now , their pitch is hellish at the best of times

Talbot will be huge favourites down at new cumnock and I heard lots of their fans on Saturday pretty much saying it's a guaranteed three points down there but I feel glenafton won't agree with that though.
Definitely not a guaranteed 3points at new cumnock

Away to Glenafton tomorrow , never an easy game on their pitch
