Walking Down The Halbeath Road
Brazilianlex replied to Parscelona's topic in Scottish Championship General Chatter
No, he is a fud. If we had the money Pars have, we would spend it too. You are just doing what you should have done last season. Too much to hope to see a bit humility so we will just have to grin and bear it and hopefully make the play offs. -

Agreed. Taken you a while but now realised you need a manager to go along with high paid players. -

Me too. Eases the pain a bit, got 4/1 and will pay for a right good night out to drown the sorrows. -

A relative who is a football agent and his players were being offered that money. Also matched by Ayr however. Craig Moore was wanted by 4 Championship Clubs. Ayr outbid them all to get him. Going to be an interesting battle between the two big spenders. -

I think compared to some teams you will meet this season, we are angels ! AJ won the league with QoS by getting some decent players in and getting them super fit. It worked then and will work again as Pars will simply over run the part time teams in this division. His downfall was in the higher league when fitness alone wasn't enough. -

Don't know what AJ is complaining about re dangerous challenges We didn't f ....n tackle! El Bacteria was allowed to waltz through twice. Wait till Peterhead come ! -

Today is what happens when a team with players on £150 per week meets a team on £700 plus per week. League is between Ayr and Pars. Who spends wins. ! -

Livingston, - answer to their problems might be to invite in a fly on the wall documentary team. Would be a must watch. -

Ayr getting Rangers at Ayr in the petrofac is a good cash injection before window shuts. Will be interesting to see if they invest in the playing squad with the cash. -

Can't see past the Pars this season. Biggest budget in the league by a mile and it will tell this time. Delighted if we make the play offs and build from there. -

I hope the club sorts it out if they are known. I fear for Dean Brett next week if these morons get in, especially after all the Pars fans did for him. No place for abuse of that sort against any player or Club. -

Just seen Lewis Coults tweet about scumfermline fans abusing his family and wishing his unborn child dead. All because he used to play for Cowden I assume ? Well done, really impressive stuff guys. -

eA livvy fan who thinks they have a history ! Hilarious. Still, he can get the job of writing the epitaph. -

I do see a difference ! Dispute was between the seller mcdougall and the buyer, the brewsters. All sorted out between them and the Club owners who realised they didn't know anything about the running of Club handed over to a new Board made up of fans. They got a new chairman, With experience to ensure Club was run correctly. Result is a debt free Club who are known in Scottish football for paying all bills on time and in full. May take you a bit of time to understand this concept but maybe something Livvy might want to try one day after the next administration. -

If the boards wish is to invest in the playing staff to generate income and Gordon mcD actions in wanting paid as per the legal agreement are " not in the best interests of the Club" then why pay the stewarding, police, tax man etc ? Joke of a Club. How much did Ford pay for rankine shares ? I suspect nil and rankine still involved but SFA no longer interested. Time for a name change and move to another stadium soon to continue the great history of ferranti, meadowbank, Livingston etc. I see some Livvy dans see the danger but most have their heads firmly stuck in the sand. -

Can't believe the Livvy fans. Learned nothing and happy to support a board again spending money they don't have, or in this case, someone else's money who has a legal agreement to be paid £2k a month till 2023. All aboard the Livvy roller coaster. Oblivion beckons yet again ! Meanwhile, other Clubs live within their means. The SFA are a joke. What if every club did what Livvy are doing. -

It really is time to pull the plug on meadowbank, ferranti, livvy or whoever they are now. Despicable treatment of mcdougall. He has run that Club on his own for about the last two years. He even agreed to take his substantial loan in monthly installments . In effect he was working his ass off every day and being paid with his own money !!! And his reward is to get shafted as the new rankin puppet decides to blow money on players instead of displaying some honour and ethics. Come on SFA! Grow a pair and kill this joke of a Club off. -
