I didnt personally see it but I’m told by good sources your GK coach tried to grab our player trackside as he was heading to the tunnel after being sent off. Hope the Club video catches it and send it to SFA beaks, Also, the old stand is for away fans but the EK jackets brigade seem intent to occupy the home stand and try to rile up the home fans so maybe the comment (if made) was in response to that, especially the fat guy who occupied 3 seats on his own and couldn’t shut up and watch the game for trying to rile anyone he could.

We are in a sticky patch no doubt but every team has one. Players look to have lost confidence and energy but it’s the same players who did well earlier in the season. Stirling Uni had a bad start to the season and are flying now and not far off EK in football terms. Expect a defeat on Saturday tho not a hammering and then it’s back to the bread and butter fixtures which we must look to get back to winning ways.

Got to 4th round of Scottish Cup tho. That’s about 25 to 30k prize money.

I think every Club would want a sugar daddy but Kean hasn’t plowed so much money before into EK until Kennedy rocked up. There are two stories going about and everyone has their own opinion. One is that the long time investor Kean is plowing money in and every time MK comes calling, he gets another wad to buy the next big thing. Or is it that MK has a wad of cash from unknown sources to finance the purchases.

The SFA have given up on any attempt at regulation. It’s a free for all.

Asking price at the time was 10k I believe so I expect that Kelty would want that back for investment elsewhere. It may well be that the EK plan always was to get a team to win the league which they have all but done then invest more cash at tail end of season to get past play offs. Cove did similar but we derailed that plan at first attempt so it’s not a foolproof system.

It’s an issue for Clubs and players that operate a dual wage system. The “sponsor” doesn’t want to pay an injured player so he is left on his contract pay which can be minimal.

Need the cash for the next purchase. Kelty friends tell me bid in for Daramola.

A referee warned me some time ago that the introduction of VAR meant that so many refs were needed for the Premier League that others had to be promoted beyond their current abilities to fill the void. I think we are seeing the truth of that now.

Your right ! It’s unfortunately the case that the Lowland League needs to do the SFAs job but that’s the facts. Too many Clubs position is to simply get the B Teams to feck with no alternative plan and don’t allow change to bottom of pyramid until they let us in the SPFL. Some are trying to find solutions but get voted down at every turn. The LL Cup was one option where the competition could have been restructured to let B teams in and get them out the league and some decent prize money to boot but it was also voted down by LL Clubs.

Lowland League tried to change the number of Clubs last summer to 18. SFA vetoed it !

Got subbed at Gretna after trying to waste time inviting the centre forward on to him before he picked the ball up. Said centre forward ran in and Ruddy couldn’t bend down quick enough and the guy kicked the ball thru his legs into the goal. !

No complaints about result today, we were awful but tbf Bo’ness are a decent side. Some of the fans tho !
