  1. The defending for that equaliser is worthy of an automatic relegation in and of itself.
  2. Absolutely terrible showing from us in this half. The slim hope of staying up is now completely gone.
  3. I don't know how well established they were as a partnership but Mark de Vries and Andy Kirk used to give me the fear every time we played Hearts back in the day.
  4. Diver. Very much in the mould of Martin Boyle; constantly looking to go down. I know winning fouls is part of the game these days but his antics were embarrassing. Is that always how he plays?
  5. Good result against a decent team. Olusanya is a cheat.
  6. Can we please just go down now? I really can’t be arsed with the rest of the season. Defence let us down today. Nottingham shouldn’t be starting.
  7. Also lazy and disinterested. Great player, undoubtedly, but shadow of what we saw in the first half of last season. Good luck to Nouble but I suspect his lack of commitment with us will lead to a mediocre move compared to what he could have had.
  8. Much better from us. If we play with that level of hunger and urgency for the rest of the season then we have a chance of staying up. Felt like Hearts weren’t at their best but still had the quality to finish us off. I would fancy them for third place this season if they can hold onto Shankland. Can we get Shamal and Nouble to f**k for the foreseeable. Two players who promised so much but have completely failed to deliver this season.
  9. That's it for Davie. Been given enough time in my opinion. The effort was there from most of the players tonight (not Nouble) but we are a completely blunt force and something has to change.
  10. I think "not getting the Livi hate" has less to do with not being aware of our history and more to do with not understanding your obsession with it.
  11. We were bloody honking today and would not have deserved the 3 points. I do not understand, one bit, why Stephen Kelly isn’t being played. Shinnie and Sean Kelly are both too slow to function in a Livi team. I also don’t get the reluctance to start Anderson. Davie will always be a Livi legend but really starting to run out of patience.
  12. You can crow all you want about us not being a "proper club" but, if we're going to play that game, do you not think your set up at Rugby Park is one of the more embarrassing ones in the Premiership? I mean who in their right mind thought an 18,000 seater stadium would be appropriate for Killie? At least we have the SPFL to blame for our oversized stadium. And, even after spending money to swap capacity for office space, your crowd today was noticeably sparse. I don't know why you insist on restricting Celtic to that one stand when you have so many empty seats. Is that what a proper club does? Or one that would rather pretend to be one of the big boys than act in their own best interests? Congratulations on the result. I, for one, enjoy seeing teams punch above their weight. Especially when it's against one of the Old Firm. But, f**k me, have a think about your own club's inadequacies before you make such snobbish remarks.
  13. Better team won yesterday, no question. Even at 11 v 11, Dundee had the better chances and the Bakayoko goal should never have been disallowed. Not what VAR is for in my opinion but obviously I would have taken it if it had influenced the result. That was a worrying performance from us. The defence looked ropey and there was no control in the midfield and our attackers were non-existent. Montano was our best player but the red card incident was thuggish and he let us down massively. Not panicking yet but the standard of the performances needs to improve fast or we will be certs for 11th, if not fighting St Johnstone to avoid automatic relegation.
  14. Big reaction needed after last weekend. Comes as no surprise that Dundee fans want rid of us given that we've beaten them the last three times we've played them, including an embarrassing 4-0 pumping at Dens Park. Got to say, this year's lot look less muggish than previous years so should be a tight contest. I'm hoping for a narrow win but my head says it'll be a draw.
  15. Not an unfair result but the manner of it is sickening for us. I thought we were the better team but there wasn’t a lot in it and chances were few and far between. Another cracking performance from De Lucas. I really hope we don’t continue to shit the bed this season. Thought we were past that but that equaliser was an all too familiar feeling.
  16. Sangare definitely could have done better for the first goal but not his fault entirely. I thought he was effective last week but he wasn't up to it today. There's definitely potential but he'll have to learn quickly.
  17. 4-0 FT. Rangers clear and deserved winners although perhaps a slightly flattering scoreline. Didn't think we were too bad overall apart from some disappointing defensive errors.
  18. Nottingham for Brandon was such a weird sub. He has not looked comfortable at all at RWB. We were doing well up until him and Penrice coming on but since then it's been all Rangers.
  19. Was hyped up a lot by Martindale at the beginning of the season after some promising performances. One that stands out for me was the first half against Aberdeen when we beat them 2-1 last season. However, at that point he only seemed like he had half a game in him before he was done. Perhaps hasn't made enough progress in training to warrant more first team appearances. Has he featured at all in pre-season?
  20. “Small dick energy” is complaining about the playing surface and the other team’s tactics when you don’t win. Your manager has plenty of it. Only one I can remember doing the same was Neilson last year when we drew 0-0 with Hearts in a similarly scrappy game. Had Aberdeen made an attempt to impose a “higher standard” of football on the game then it would be easier to accept Robson’s comments. However, he chose to go toe to toe and it panned out the way it did. Whether you enjoyed it or not, Aberdeen played their part in making it an “ugly” game. Most Dons fans seem to have acknowledged this but Robson’s narrative is biased and hypocritical.
  21. You know what, I don't think that game was as bad as everyone is making out. In fact, I quite enjoyed it. Not much skill on display but blood and thunder throughout. Sometimes you've got to appreciate it for what it is. We've definitely gotten our balls back as a team. Looking solid at the back and with more dig in the midfield. I was impressed with Sangare in the first half and felt we missed his presence at the beginning of the second, although Pittman's tenacity made up for it. He looked much more like his old self when he came on. Guthrie was another who put a shift in today. I'm still not convinced of his quality as a striker but he is not afraid to put himself about. I thought Montano was MotM today. Could be a big season for him. I know it's early days but I'm feeling much more confident about this season now than I was before. If we continue to make ourselves hard to beat, we've got every chance of staying up.
  22. George Nottingham Obileye Devlin Brandon Holt Sangare Montano Kelly Anderson Nouble This is what I would like. Guaranteed it'll be miles away from what Davie goes for. I would take a draw here but suspect we'll lose. Aberdeen look strong this season and will be looking to make a good start.
