The fella from Orkney with the over exaggerated accent on Radio Scotland reckons Milne is asking for dough in the bank up front to even allow sevco to speak to Derek. That’s probably been the hold up, persuading another director to pony up with yet another soft loan.

3 minutes in to the programme this evening and the headline story was about O Neil for Scotland and McCall manages to link Mccinnes with Sevco that quickly.

It takes that long for the penny to drop with Boyd by the time it has he's shouted and dug his heels in that much he canna really climb down.

I was actually listening to it picturing Stewart stotting his head of the desk in exasperation at the level of density he was up against.
