I would start Lynas & put Carlo in midfield on Friday night, Carlo, Orsi & Ruth would be a handful.

Don't blame him, Spartans were there for the taking tonight. At least we're a goal up though, but Farrell needs to throw a bit of caution to the wind some time & introduce some energy later in a match. We have some good young players, albeit on loan, Newbury, Lennon & Hogarth were good tonight.

Would like to have seen James Graham get the last 20 minutes, we really should have went for it later in the match.

Sonko should have been sent off, Spartans could have had a penalty though. We looked tired after about 60-odd minutes, we'll need to be at our best on Friday, it should be a cracking game.

Sportsound couldn't even get a proper line to Douglas Park, Hamilton, they had Callum Davidson on his phone sounding like he was in a fish tank. No reports from Stirling v Dumbarton or East Kilbride v Stranraer, play-off games. Appalling, amateur stuff.

Spartans scored a 5th goal away at Peterhead, but the oaf hasn't even mentioned it. The listener would hardly know that Stirling Albion were playing Dumbarton in front of a very healthy crowd too.

I only read about it in the SonsTrust AGM minutes document, kindly sent out by DB over the weekend. There has been plenty of discussion & ideas posted in this thread, but nothing confirmed by our Chairman/Board regarding a new playing surface, nothing on the official DFC website either, which has every news article available, going back to the beginning of this season.

A new artificial pitch at The Rock is planned for the 2025/26 season then.
