Nah, if we were due to play at Dens this weekend I'd be absolutely raging if we couldnt go because of Dundee's shite pitch, and then had to check updates on here on Monday afternoon while we're all at work. If the SPFL want to make us miserable it should be by us losing to a last minute VAR awarded penalty that never was.

I do find it quite strange that the pitch is so bad that you are already talking about the next two games being off, its going to be mostly dry tomorrow, mostly light rain both Friday and Saturday. Doesnt seem to be any other games being talked of as in doubt. The other problem is delaying the games are unlikely to be an option as they could be pivotal in deciding top 6, so this could delay the post split fixtures being decided. Those Dundonians, up to no good as usual.

Agreed. Definitely a player in there, he also played much of the early part of the season with an injury. He has done well at times, just needs to do it more consistently.

I have to say that 2020/21 season i felt really disconnected from - semi final defeats when you werent there and knew you wouldnt be at the final didnt seem to matter as much. Even as a pessimistic Saints fan, it would take a lot of things to go against us to stop us from getting top 6 this season.

We're currently between 1/25 and 1/100 with bookies to finish top 6. To miss out, we would need - to lose both our games; Hibs to win both their games; Dundee to take 5 points from 3 games, one of which is against Rangers. I really cant see all of those things happening. We should be fine.

I think we need to treat yesterday for what it was, a rare result where defensively we were horrific - only other game like that this season has been the scudding at Dens Park, other than that we've been pretty solid. Still odds on to make top 6 - most bookies are giving 1/25 for that - big ask for both Hibs and Dundee to overhaul us from 4 and 6 points behind with so few games left, especially as they both still have to play Rangers. Then we should have three of our post split games at home. Still in a good position.
