  1. to prevent the Ayr Utd support address being inundated with similar requests, they replied promptly to me with the following information…… “Apologies that you have fallen foul of the IP location checks we have had to implement at the request of the SFA and FA. We use an online IP database to determine where you are based on the IP address your computer is currently using, but these databases are not 100% accurate and are collated by the information that your ISP provides. If you point your browser to https://iplocation.io/ this will generate a list of 4 lookup services and the location that these services have for your IP Address, as well as giving a bit of background on what an IP Address is and why it is important. Do not be surprised if 2 or more of these services declare your location to be England.”
  2. Trying to order the PPV for tomorrow and the Ayr site suggests that I am in England (I amn’t) and can’t give me access. Anyone else had this issue

  4. Nonsense comment. Queens have a decent squad just now. Unfortunately for you, McGrory isn’t part of the starting line up at present. He’s doing fine though and I’m sure he’ll regain his place. That’s football
  5. Wasn’t moaning- it was quite funny as it was so obvious! And the fact that he got away without a booking was even better Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  6. Can we acknowledge the shithouse timewasting from connelly as he was being substituted
  7. As was McGrory, who sat in front of back 4 and picked up a lot of the ball and pinged passes. Big centre forward will be quality and frustrating in equal measures. Decent few tricks but gave away a lot of fouls particularly first half. probably did better in second half when he played wide right. Full back was steady and appeared to grow into game but came off injured after 75. Centre half had a nightmare. Poor passing from back and general sloppiness. Gibson quality from left back, then centre mid
  8. Pybus did his job very well at the start of the season in breaking up play and closing down the ball. Probably asked to play more advanced when osman arrived. Would be happy to see him back
  9. Struggling to recall the really good periods that Stirling had
  10. Is this maybe a week to be supportive, positive and forget any pro/anti board or Naysmith comments ?
  11. Apologies, I meant his removal from the changing room re team affairs
  12. Think we aren’t appreciating what he’s doing. Naysmith was also able to get rid of some of the big egos that didn’t fit in with his plans. JT, mark millar, Robinson, Harkins etc........
  13. Surely the time is right to offer Naysmith a new deal. He is an asset and will be attracting attention from other clubs. Good luck if he moves on, but let’s benefit from this if it happens. He is obviously a hard worker, which is for the benefit of the club. It’s wrong to say that it’s only down to dobbie, although he’s obviously our star and the formation is set up to support him. The work rate of the entire team yesterday was exceptional and was what won us the game. Commented on the Ross county managers interview, that it was so full of usual cliches that it said absolutely nothing. Listening to Naysmith’s honest views of the games, including our failings, are like sharing an after match pint with him. I personally like listening to his pre match interviews where he shares his thoughts on the opposition. To me, it highlights his attention to detail that he is putting into winning points for our club. As supporters of clubs at this level, I think we have to accept that sometimes we have off days and others have crackers - yesterday for example for the league leaders. One our bad days, this potentially makes our performances look poorer or defensive than is intended. He obviously likes to hit teams quickly on the break, which we are capable of and have done very effectively this season.
  14. 1 game in and nithsdale wanderer begins his boring tirades.
  15. Nithsdale wanderer will have a beef with GN about his treatment of this player
  16. Comparing Brannigan to Naysmith ? Whilst not knowing him, Brannigan appeared to thrive on his reputation as be a bully on and off the pitch. Naysmith comes across as thoughtful and honest in his interviews - even if that includes being critical of some of the players. In fact, I would say he has been more critical of himself when selections, formations or tactics have went amiss. I would rather listen to that as opposed to the usual ‘sound bites’ that previous managers have rolled out. You pass comment on supporters slating players and we should be aware that players have feelings and should be mindful before verbally abusing them You are mindful of Chris Mitchells tragic story, and the well written words of David Wetherston. But then you spend every single tiresome post, you have is aimed personally towards Naysmith. Surely you are condoning what you are preaching against. Or is it a different set of rules for managers (or directors). Could they not have mental health issues?. Could they have depressive symptoms? I am pretty sure they will take as many headaches home and have equally as many sleepless nights as the players. You have made your points regarding your thoughts on the manager - please move on
  17. To the best of my knowledge, Alan Martin hasn’t came onto pie and Bovril, slating the manager, club, supporters and certain players
  18. Probably the same evidence as you questioning the managers attitude ?
