At least it looks like we'll avoid Airdrie in the play offs I suppose.
I expect the exact opposite. Based entirely unscientifically on the fickleness of fitba', aka karma!

Congratulations United. League table never lies. I'm just pleased that we've still got a chance to play you again next season. Way above what I think everyone expected away back in August last year.

Has Robbo shrunk?
Nah! Kevin is a giant in more ways than one!

Easton fanning around instead of whacking it into the corner! Fortunately got away with it.

Now would be a good time to snatch a second on the breakaway

Thank Christ we've got second place already wrapped up, for this is painful to watch. Nobody seems to be able to hold on to the ball up front. Rudden is just plain awful!

So so lucky not to have conceded. We are awful trying to defend.

Bloody hell! What a miss by Rudden!

Weird that John Robertson, ICT Sporting Director apparently, was referring to the home team using every descriptor but "we" or "us"
Throw in his Sportsound commitments most Saturdays when his employers are playing and it's definitely a strange one. Can the Caley fans can shed light on a Scottish footballing mystery?
No. But as an outsider looking in Scott Gardiner his HoM pal from the past probably could.

As I said wide open as he gets space to whack it off the post

Who's playing right back now? We're wide open on that side of the defence.

Mair like it! Just need to defend properly now.

Thank Christ that's HT. We are really struggling here. Maybe second half we might waken up and try to get a grip on things.

Raith look fucking terrible.
We're not that good to be honest.

Do we not practise passing a ball to players in our own team? We just seem to keep giving it away.

Easy to see why ICT have second best defensive record and we have one of the poorest. Our defence is all over the place.

Wonder what sort of contracts are being dished out along at the Falkirk stadium.
Did Smudger take his Mrs with him when he signed on there?
I would think that they'd be similar, if not slightly more, than ours. Average home crowd could possibly be a bit higher than ours . Not too sure on that one though given we've had gates against the Pars and United which League 1 wouldn't get near.

Reading the FFP headlines it reads to me that it's fairly obvious that Ian Murray doesn't see Ross as being a key player no matter what league we end up in. He'd have been offered terms by now if he was, similarly to Lewis and Sam.
Methinks, John and Smudger will likely be all over Ross to sign him at the first available chance.

You can see why play-off teams from the Championship don’t get promoted. Watching Ross County dominate spells against Rangers I don’t see how we could live with them.
Simon Murray and Dhanda are a good front two
Interesting to learn that County are unbeaten at home since Don Cowie took over as interim manager.
PS How many games have Rangers been awarded a penalty this season? It feels like that it's almost every game!

It’s a weird one because if you’d told us as a fanbase at the beginning of the season that we’d finish second without any further context, you’d better believe we’d have bitten your hand off for it. But knowing where we’ve been at times this season and not capitalised on it, it’s totally understandable that folk are going to be disappointed or even annoyed because if we had, we’d have a chance to be decently clear at the top of the table.
So aye, after last season’s abject disappointment, finishing second is of course a hell of an achievement. But you can’t blame folk for wondering what could have been if only we’d been able to beat Airdrie at least once…
And don't get me started on Arbroath!!

anyone know todays attendance
I don't think I would know them all but there would definitely be some that I would, if I had been there!
That's me kinda demob happy now but would hope we can get back into a bit of form in the last three games. On current form we'd be doing well winning any of them. A five or six nil scudding against one of the three would fill me with hope again for the Championship final. It's been a decent season whatever happens from now.

That's the point we needed for 2nd, about all you could ask for
Could have asked for a goal or even maybe two but again we got the lucky defensive breaks. Fortunate to get a point and despite coming in second we are going to struggle in the Championship play off never mind the final one unless things improve dramatically. Three games to go. Will we win any of them? I would like to think so, but I'm struggling to see where a win will come from, including Arbroath, on current form.

Airdrie 1 - 0 up versus the western Fifers. Squeaky bum team for third place.
I know it was a typo but the idea of a team full of squeaky bums has a certain je ne sais quoi

I thought he was brought in to stop you being relegated last season. Major fail on that one. Lucky to be given the chance to try to get you promoted. Everyone thought it would be a procession and early coronation, which it wasn't. Still a success for him though, so credit where credit is due with that. Will he be able to keep you in the top league? Only time will tell, I suppose. Like yourself, I'm not overly convinced.
Anyway, congratulations on getting over the line and all the best for the new season and worshipping at the shrine of Jim Goodwin
