Didn't see Wolecki at the game on Saturday, supposedly Keith Gibson and Daryn Smith spotted in the main stand. I think main contenders will be Liam Craig, Gavin Price and Simmy.... Mo Ross interviewed in Costa on Sunday...hopefully to tell him not to bother applying as his record at Cowden was horrific

Any managers spotted at the game today? interviews getting conducted start of the week hopefully Good performance today and if being super critical need to be more clinical. Game went dead at 5-0 and intensity stopped. Positive stuff today

I have no doubt Ray is a good manager but let’s be honest he’s not setting the Heather on fire at Forfar with 1 win this season in the league and a bit or unrest in the changing rooms. Not sure he would fancy the travel. The club is not exactly cash rich so it needs to be the right fit. Another younger manager who has the desire to get the best out of the squad and be resilient in defending the title would be my pick.

I would like to think the board would be looking at a similar appointment to Kirk and Simmy. Contacts in the Dundee and surrounding leagues to snap up some gems kicking about that would strengthen the squad. Whilst Price and Weir would be an obvious option I am not sure that would be a like for like management team and no trophies in their spell at Elgin….. yes kept them in the league and a few play offs but not out of the league Rumour mill for the early front runners, Maurice Ross, Gav Price, Phil McGuire and Kevin McNaughton
