Pretty sure it was Archie MacPherson that very strongly highlighted the pitiful throwing of bananas by the Celtic support at Celtic Park on Walters debut there. He pointed out the dozens of bananas down the pitch and pitchside by the Jungle.
I know that some of what he said is standard “new club” type interview, but not many ex-players, particularly if they’ve been there for all of their football life from childhood, throws their previous club under a bus.
It obviously does matter to you.
If you remember anything about where Aberdeen were when Derek McInnes came in to Pittodrie, and where we were 3 or 4 years later, it’s a question that doesn’t need to be asked.

Well, one more time. The Boxing Day fixtures were not postponed because, in the interests of Celtic and Rangers, if either or both went deep into the Europa And Conference Leagues, a fixture pile up would have ensued for one or both them.
Anyone looking at the decision logically would say it was totally justified. Anyone wanting a guaranteed match away to Celtic in front of 500 fans would not. Anyway, the chances are that you will still get your wish of only 500 fans...but maybe not.
