  1. For that tight a decision to be made, the system has to get the moment when the ball is touched correct to the millisecond. No way that can be done. Absolute injustice.
  2. Aberdeen have room for around 60 homeless people outside the RDS. Zero comfort, zero shelter, but the space is there.
  3. I used to be almost as interested in English football as Scottish football. Everton were my English team an I've been down to Goodison countless times. But that was many moons ago. To me personally, the English Premier League is no longer football as I recognise it, a totally different sport which doesn't interest me in the slightest. I know loads of folk disagree with me. It saddens me to see the number of top English Premier League shirts on our kids.
  4. This quote from a Hearts fan on the BBC website this morning. Eleven points ahead of fouth with fifteen points to play for. Fitba fans, eh? Chris: This game highlights the mentality needed to compete at the top level; we just don’t have it. We have no real spark, Shankland is blowing cold and if anyone thinks third place in the league is a gimme then watch this space. It’s going to be a nervy run in.
  5. They had interviewed Yimmy Te-LEEN a year ago for the job. Not sure how much more forward their planning could have been.
  6. "Most clubs"? Really? I'm struggling to think of one.
  7. Can you explain that post? Can't see that here at all.
  8. The SFA said a couple of months back that the kick off will be 3.00 this year.
  9. You are seriously using the word "when" there? Seriously?
  10. At least we know which end Oo Ah Up The 'Ra was coming from yesterday. Went on for ages too.
  11. Unless Hearts get their collective fingers out, this thread is going much past 12 pages. I am an official page w*nk*r.
  12. Given that you haven't beaten them (both versions) there since Hampden was opened 121 years ago, you could be right.
  13. First of all, the main thing today from a football point of view was that it was a fabulous match. I've no idea who the VAR was today and couldn't care less, but whoever it was was operating on weird sense of consistency. Kyogo wins the ball for Celtic's first goal by pushing into the back of Macdonald. The VAR has looked at that and decided "not a foul". Fair enough. Same person then looks at the same kind of push, virtually identical, by Hoilett in the box and decided "that's a foul". What chance have you got. I don't care that we did score about 6 minutes later. If we had rightly been given the penalty and scored it, we'd have had six more minutes to try to score a winner, rather than still trying to find an equaliser.
  14. No he wasn’t, there was a Celtic player on the opposite side of the pitch playing him on.
  15. Looking at the penalty incident now, I, like so many others have never seen a referee allow play to continue after an attacking player fouls a defender in the box. It bears no similarity to a linesman keeping his flag down for a possible offside until the move has finished. Anyway really proud of my team, and I have absolutely no doubt that if Warnock, who I was happy to accept up until his first press conference, hadn’t come into our club, we’d be in the top six. Great substitutions by Peter Leven today, with Hoilett in particular, apart from his miss, putting in a wonderful performance. I thought Connor Barron should have come off at least five minutes before he did as he was clearly struggling. A word of support for Ryan Duncan and Cillian Phillips. They must be feeling shit, but it’s the luck of the draw. I haven’t seen them back, and I saw them side on, but didn’t think either were particularly bad penalties.
  16. First and foremost, what a fantastic game of football. Three brilliant goals from us and as I'm just home, I've no idea about any of the penalty shouts. I thought it was going to be our day when Hart hit the post, but that's how penalty shoot outs can go. Superb performance by Aberdeen.
  17. As someone else said, at Hampden Celtic and Rangers have their own dressing rooms. Just think about that and your claim on neutrality. Their own dressing rooms.
