Final season starts soon. I thought the last season was brilliant. Probably the best of the lot. Hopefully Don will get his hole in gear and shag Joan. It's been coming since episode 1. Don will definitely end himself, and no-one will be bothered except Betty

I have to say, I don't really see why the school teaching Christianity to your children would annoy you. Kids are independant enough to make up their own minds up about these things. Especially if they don't go to church. I was christened, took first communion, went to church AND Sunday School every sunday up until I was about 12ish, and I never gave two hoots about it nor was I ever remotely religious.

Lost in Translation A bit strange. Nothing really happens, does it? If I had to tell a friend about this film, what would I say to convince them to watch it? I dunno. I didn't feel like switching it off at any point. It's quite a sad film. Bill Murray is great. He brings a lot of humility to his role. I'd give it something between a 6.5 and 7.5 out of 10. I don't really know. My mind feels clear and peaceful after watching that. As if I'd just meditated for an hour something.

Irish people on social network. -Changing their names to the Irish/Gaelic equivalent. e.g instead of having Dave O'Reilly they'll have Dave O Raghallaigh -Substituting "You" for "Ye" or Ya" at every opportunity -Not being able to go 5 minutes without mentioning something about "craic" It's a sort of gimpy patriotism, trying to let everyone know just how Irish they are. Cringeworthy behaviour.

Should be around 5ish. No earlier than that anyway. And it's on Sky, aye.

Fair enough, I haven't seen the 1st one in years, the blood spatters are shite. Still lacked the comic book feel that Sin City and 300 had though. Just felt like a run-of-the-mill action movie to me.

300: Rise of an Empire The acting is substandard, and all of the characters are uninteresting and unrelatable. It lacks the artistry and comic-book feel that made the first one a decent film. It also panders too much to the 3D; when you're watching in 2D, there's only so many slow-motion blood splatters you can stand. It's an entertaining enough film though and it doesn't drag on. Plus the main antagonist(Eva Green) gets the kit during a decent sex scene, displaying a lovely pair of jubblies. 6.5/10 There was also a trailer for a film called "Starred Up" which caught my interest. Seems to be about a violent young offender(Cook from Skins) being moved from juvie to adult prison. It looks really good. It's got an 8.1 on IMDB and a 94% on Rotten Tomatoes. Promising.

It probably won't be that much different to this seasons. I'd guess at it falling somewhere between 2200-1500, depending on how the season goes. They certainly won't be anything even close to the figures achieved from 03/04 - 06/07. Long gone are the days of averaging 3K in Div2 and getting 8500 for games against shite like Peterhead.

It's not the same playing them on the PC. Loses all the magic of it I think. Anyway, Sapphire/Ruby are great games. My favourite of all time in fact. They were the perfect point in the series that it included all the Pokemon from Gen I, all the important ones from Gen II and added tons of new features. Mixing berries, Pokemon contests, running shoes, creating houses/dens, being able to battle trainers multiple times( i think) and double battles were all added at this point. Plus all the Pokemon they added are pretty cool as well. A very, very good game. I've not played Gold/Silver/Crystal in well, well over 10 years, so I'm very anxious to pick up HeartGold or SoulSilver. I'm just shocked that it's £60 in most places. Is it because of that PokeWalker thing? How much was the game at release.

Went and ordered a 3DS from Amazon. #yolo ended up being £150 for the console + Zelda Ocarina of Time. Pretty decent value that IMO. Going to go into Game and CEX and see if they have Pearl/Diamond or Soul Silver/Heart Gold at a decent price, because what Amazon were chrarging is pretty ridiculous(£32 for Pearl/Gold and £60+ for Silver/Gold).

Haven't bothered watching the 2nd half of this series. It's turned into a dreadful programme with boring characters you can't empathize with. Such a shame after the first 2 series.

The 1975 are an absolutely dreadful band. Some of the worst music I've ever heard. I'll take the shite dance music from the charts over this lot. Fucking woeful. And they've got a shite name anaw.

I was thinking about 2 nights ago, believe it or not. Decided to google "ian the cat", and it turns out there's 2 different books with a cat called Ian in it! Anyway, I have a cat called Oscar, teenage Siamese cat. Very, very shy in the presence of strangers, yet one of the loudest miaow's you'll ever hear. Don't really have a good picture.
