Best footballing /possession style teams?

Disagree. They were very, very good. But Man City vs Spurs the other day was a masterclass. They City play like that they are almost unstoppable. -
We all know Man City play great football... But what are some lower tier, less known clubs who play good entertaining football? Leeds United play nice under Bielsa, Brentford always played nice. Who else? Any League One and Two fans seen anything in their divisions?
