He could sell players in January to prop it and there's still a few weeks to punt Goian, Bedoya etc. That should help keep them going.

Green has a window of opportunity just now. He's been through the liquidation but couldn't sell as the buyers in waiting wanted to know where/if they would be playing. They now know the score, there's a team on the park, a few players signed and he seems to own the property. Anything he puts in just now will be an investment. The price will go up, then maybe dip as crowds fall when the tubes get fed up. It will rise again near the end on the Championship run in. I don't think he'll lose money now though.

As a tax payer I'm not to pleased about any of the private companies and their Chairmen receiving the benefit of sponsorship paid for by the Scottish Government and the TV license. Especially Rangers. I propose the proceeds of crime money be returned to the slightly less crooked Lyons and Daniels gangs who worked so hard to earn it. I'd trust them more not to waste it.

My info suggests that they might just propose what you think will cause this outcry. I haven't heard exact details but I think two divisions of 10. 7 willing volunteers plus Rangers. The rest don't really matter, they'll get some loose change thrown at them.

I'll be very surprised if there isn't a reconstruction proposal put to clubs fairly soon. I wouldn't put too much stock in previous votes as an indication that SFL 1 clubs, particularly, would vote against it. I wouldn't even be surprised if it's just straight invitations to join the new set up rather than "reconstruction" to bump Rangers closer to the top division. Doncaster was evasive about the content of the earlier unsigned SKY deal until he couldn't avoid it. What might be in the new one. I think it'll be along the lines of......".Get them back in pronto ya specky wank!"

I thought it was as boring as fuck. I'm a big fan and I preferred imagining what might have been. It felt like sitting in the pub with an old drunk telling the same story a hundred times. Lemmys biography on the other hand. Is a real rock life story. A complete fucking head case speeding out his nut for the best part of 50 years.

Regan speaks to the Beeb "Regan stressed that the much-criticised plan to have Rangers play in Division One was not something devised by the SFA but had been agreed with the SPL, SFL and the club itself." I can believe this. The SFL Board have managed to side step any flak for this and should be drummed out along with Doncaster and Regan himself. They tried to sell out the clubs and got caught out.

They say they voted no, but Ballantyne was heavily involved in drafting the proposal put to The SFL Chairmen by The Board. They were originally going to abstain, if they did vote no it was only once it was obvious the proposal wasn't being accepted and they followed the crowd. I have to say I'm not convinced one way or the other.
