Still struggling to get my head around how inexplicable thst was today. We were miles on top in the first half and we've been superb at defending leads all season... the old cry of 'right, nothing stupid' went out the window and then some as the players appeared to have swapped the boots onto their other feet for the second half. Fair play to Kilmarnock. They smelled blood in the water at the point where Gogic made an arse of a passback (again) early in the second half and got away with it and at that point knew they didn't have to do anything fancy to get at us, just play right through the middle. We absolutely folded on a spectacular scale, every time Killie came forward they looked like scoring and for one torturous spell, were doing exactly that. We need to lift it and quickly. We played a get out of jail card against Aberdeen and today was a huge step backwards. Also, Dunne and Flynn should be thanked for their services and this should be the end of their tenures in St. Mirren shirts. I'd not be up nor down if that was the case for Marcus Fraser either

Exactly what I said in the Aberdeen manager thread. It came from a combination of his presence and someone on Radio Scotland commenting that he's there despite there being 'No Northern Irish players on the pitch'.

Exactly the reason that I was happy Killie took a punt on Magennis in the summer when a lot of St. Mirren fans were lamenting us not being in for him. He's a huge injury risk and it just seems like he's always going to be. Based on ability alone, he'd be nowhere close to playing in the SPFL still.

If they are still within 3 or 4 points of 11th by the split, then it definitely could happen given how cutthroat it becomes. On the other hand, they'd be just one well-timed win away from safety as well in that scenario. They are due to travel to Perth post split. Do they also visit Dingwall?

What has happened to Will Fish this season? He looked decent last season and clearly was as Hibs went to pains to get him back from Man Utd. He's looked dreadful near enough every time I've seen him this season, though.

Think you could extend that to nearly every side in the division but a home game against Livi who look to all intents, pretty much done and Hibs who have been on a good run of league form since we won 3-0 at ER is pretty much a home banker all things considered.

A win for us on Saturday, regardless of results elsewhere, would leave a quite unforeseen set of results having to occur to deny us a top six place. Even if Hibs and Dundee win, we'd be 4 clear of Killie, 6 Clear of Dundee and 7 clear of Hibs with 3 to play before the split. I don't think any side has ever missed top 6 on 45 points, which is what we'd be on with a win at Rugby Park. If we manage to break the RP hoodoo on Saturday, we should genuinely only be looking at staying ahead of everyone below us rather than fearing it may all implode in the following three games.

Happy with this given Hibs have pretty much a gimme this Saturday, was fully expecting to be fending them off come the point of the split so that is a very welcome and unexpected goal. For the first time since probably matchday 8, we now have a clear picture of the table without the games in hand.

That's a potentially massive result for us. Given the choice in the 95th minute with the scores at 1-0 and 1-2 respectively, I'd have rather County equalised than Aberdeen for the reason that Hibs have got more or less a gimme on Saturday and will pick up three points whilst Dundee are more than likely to lose vs Rangers so I'm absolutely fine with Hibs dropping points tonight. Of course, we still need to do our bit on Saturday and if that happens, we don't need to worry so much about what is happening in 6th and 7th but it would be really nice to maintain daylight between us and whoever makes the last space going into the split.

There's been a growing swell of interest in her health and wellbeing as she hasn't been seen in months and the surgery 'news' was very vague and glossed over. Now the photo that she does put out showing her in perfect health is extensively edited which is leading to folk now believing that there's something a lot more sinister going on and that the palace are covering it up. There's been rumours of everything from anorexic, to terminally ill, to getting divorced and ODing, to already dead.
