  1. Aye Morrisons was heaving last time, the Liverpool Everton game was on so quite a few punters in watching that. Looking forward to another away day at forthbank. Same result as last time would be gr8 x MMA gloves will be fitted so if any bino wants bashed!? Where are you? let's be having you.
  2. Left backs not really a position I'm too concerned about going into next season, right back however is somewhere I'd like to see us improve on. A new starter and a bench player. Yeats to move into fighting for a midfield position, that is if he's signed back up.
  3. Have to say, I was nervous about this game, we absolutely strolled it, totally professional from start to finish, could've been a couple goals up. Big Hendo was MOTM for me. Brilliant bairns, roll on Stirling.
  4. As said above, bad feeling about this, hope the boys can prove me wrong. COYB
  5. I was explaining this to my missus yesterday. I've watched some utter utter UTTER dross the past 5 years. Travelled up and down the country to be let down by utter charlatans. Personal lowlights have been Airdrie 6-2 Falkirk Falkirk 0-3 Montrose Falkirk 0-3 Cove rangers Queens Park 6-0 Falkirk Partick 5-0 Falkirk Falkirk 0- 1 Clyde So forgive me for being a bit excited at the thought of winning a title.
  6. Correct, another day we could've been two up in the first 5 minutes. Annan set up to frustrate us and it worked, fair play to them. As soon as that ball went in the box I knew long was going to struggle with it. McGlynn needs to start the strongest 11 from now on, that includes Hogarth in goal.
  7. Said it before said it again Mini version of this is the only way to complete the stadium.
  8. Don't see how Accies fans can be complaining tbh. A good hard fought point against early title challengers Stirling Albion on their own patch. Rankins side have stopped a 3 game losing streak and put a bit of a gap between themselves and Alloa athletic. On the flip side Alloa do have a game in hand.
  9. Think there will be rotation with Cove in mind on the Tuesday night. Hopefully go back to what we were doing at the start of the season. Strongest team out, try get ahead then make subs in the second half. Will take another drab 1-0 x
  10. Early title challengers Stirling Albion to play a blinder and make it 4 (FOUR) defeats on the bounce for former Manchester United and Corinthians starlet John Rankin and his Hamilton Galaticos.
  11. The missus family are full of really bitter Celtic fans who can't seem to understand that I take great pleasure in seeing them or their blue cousins get beat. 'ye must like one or the other'
  12. I mean this in the most respectable way possible. You should've punched her fucking lights out.
  13. That was a rotten game to watch but another 3 points on the board. Thought the left sided winger for Kelty looked a threat the first half and was giving bisland real problems. Hogarth saved our bacon a couple of times throughout the game, fair play to him. There was no real stand outs for me either so would be quite happy to give Nicky the MOTM. Didn't see what the red was for due to being at the wrong end of the terrace. After that Kelty seemed quite happy to sit in until the last 5 minutes before having a bit of a go which we dealt with really well. Referee another absolute spud today. Slowed the game down whenever he could. Michael Tidser spent most of the game in the downward dog position. Absolute fat ride
  14. Is that guy sitting next to him the guy that was on the podcast at new year stating the league wasn't over and that Falkirk are bottle merchants? Awfully quiet now x
  15. Have to say, Alloa have always been my favourite team to play in yellow/amber (whatever colour a wasp is) and black. Enjoy ur Saturday night boys I certainly am x
  16. Probably Accies 3 superstars Agyeman, Miller and Morrison LOL
  17. I genuinely can't decide who to pick from between Morrison, Lang, Spencer and Miller. Lang has been an absolute colossus at the back. And improved the defence tenfold. He's bred so much confidence into Col Donaldson who also looks a completely different player this season. Spencer has came up with some decisive moments to win us games (Queens at home, Stirling away) and is genuinely a class above in this league. Morrison has usually been the best player in a shitty team over his 3 or 4 season spell with us. However i don't think it's fair to argue his case that he's been player of the season so far, same as Spencer, he's a big game player for me, when we need a goal in a big game, CM7 turns up, his thundercunt of a strike versus Montrose is up there with one of the best goals at the stadium and set the tone completely for the season. He's got 3 goals in 3 games against the Accies, and is a constant fucking menace on the right wing. Whether he stays or goes, I wish him the very best. Calvin Miller is for me the best player in the side. A complete wizard on the wing. That spell out injured he had at the beginning of the season really affected the teams performances (we never got beat, but we weren't beating teams as comfortably without him). 7 goals and 9 assists in the league show how pivotal he is to the side. The difference from now to last season is, teams could double up on the right side and really hold Morrison down. Whereas now, both flanks have equally direct and dangerous wingers, it's absolutely brilliant to watch. I'd give it to the club supermo personally.
  18. This and the rest of ur messages from Sunday night scream absolute sour grapes x An okay manager and a squad inferior to Accies Galaticos and the club supremo now sit 14 (fourteen) points head of you x
  19. I'll serve them shots of jager from the touch line if they get this title over the line in the next few weeks.
  20. Aye Petries Montrose sides have always impressed me in the past few years of being down here. Always good defensively and going forward. Still, I'd rather we stuck with the same team that started on Saturday, get 3 points in the bag and then make the changes. That's how we've done it all season why stop now. Not that I think Montrose will make it easy.
  21. He'd walk right into any of the centre midfield positions of our formation right now.
  22. He could play either the 6, 8 or 10. He literally starts before anyone in our starting line up. That's not a dig on the boys playing either.
