  1. It's all to do for context with me. Aye in the grand scheme of things, winning league 1 isn't something I'd be too buzzing about if we had done it the year we came down. However, the last 5 years have seen our club being turned up side down and pumped up the arse. Only since JM came in have we had some form of a respectable team. I can see how from the outside it looks like some of us are going over the top and tbh some fans are but why not, we've not had anything to enjoy for a long while. This team wouldn't beat the majority of Falkirk teams I've watched in my time watching us however the way they've played this season will be considered iconic for me and I've really really enjoyed it.
  2. I'm the same, this is the toughest fixture of the lot. Would love us to us to win it here but have a feeling it's going to be a draw. expect the unexpected x
  3. I don't think you can be a legend and still be playing for us. I'm nearing 30 years old and only really started liking football when I was around 10. In my time there's been only 1 legend and that's Latapy. Like others have said, it's an age thing, guys like Sibbs, Farid, Vaulks, Stokes, Arfield, Enoch Showumni all have a special place for me but it would be hard to call them legends. Might change though because some of these guys are still playing and could return . Morrison is in that bracket of iconic players for me, he's not a legend yet, but by the time his next contracts up, he very well could be.
  4. Obsessed with making you lot look like absolute fannies x
  5. Hope the wee c**t slips in the shower tonight. then again he doesn't shower so highly unlikely.
  6. Absolutely buzzing for next weekend already. Thought we were going to do it with 5 or so minutes to go but wasn't meant to be! Bring it on x
  7. Never thought I'd be saying this but... cmon the cove !
  8. Reminds me of when we had Martin Rennie and Kenny miller in charge, the likes of east fife and Clyde were beating us while Miller was sitting on BT sports every Thursday night when rangers got to the Europa league final. Disgusting
  9. Aye that's more or less what I mean, he sounds very articulate. Will be back on the radio I reckon once his queens careers over.
  10. Bartley is an absolute charlatan, talks a very good game but doesn't seem to be a very good manager. Bairns were brilliant second half, big Hendo
  11. I think there's a middle mark here regarding next season, wouldn't say I agree with hope street walkers negativity, however some posts on here and on the Facebook page are going a bit OTT, the team is a very very good league 1 team, and I feel can go full pelt into the championship and shouldn't fear any team in the tier above us. However, we'll need to improve the squad with a good few first teamers if we want to compete. anyways, we've not won anything yet, COYB x
  12. Heard from one of my mates working down in the midlands that former EPL striker Leroy Lita has just ripped his contract up at Coalville and is on his way up to Accies to sign a player/coach role. Bold move.
  13. Im just looking forward to having more than 30 folk in the north stand next season.
  14. We'd get 10k at most for yeats I reckon, I really want him to sign on for us though. Ross is a very good player at this level but like others have said, I'd only have him at the right price/wage.
  15. I'll take a 1-0, Bartley seems to know how to set up against us, and when I say that I mean he just sits 11 men on the edge of the box.
  16. But! But! I thought they could only do paper tickets?!
  17. My apologies I forgot all about the big x 6'4 and full of muscles x
  18. Aye I'd like to think we'd have some reinforcements before going into next season. Personally I'd like New GK New Rb donaldson lang mccann spencer new cm morrison new 10 miller new striker Not saying I want rid of the guys who are playing in those positions now. I just want some competition in those positions.
  19. Aye there's a right few absolute greeting c***s in our support. There's f**k all to moan about as well
  20. McIver is pivotal to the way we play. Think we'd have scored more if he started yesterday, the guys finishing isn't the best but his all round play is fantastic at this level. The winning goal yesterday was a proper old school launch up the park, wee flick on by the big target man down to Oliver to slot it through the goalies legs. Not goal of the season but I sure did love it x
  21. No team in Scotland should be turning away fans trying to get into a game. Total stone age mentality. Seething that's 12/12 points for the bairns against early title challengers Stirling Albion, up ye x
  22. I'll quite happily take another hard fought 1 goal victory. I know it's a cliche but forthbank is one of the trickier away days.
