  1. Might be worth a punt, though it all depends on how Hearts think about it and whether it would benefit him, as if Henderson is fit, their is no way he would start.
  2. Just hope everything settles down in defence and we tighten up at the back. If not then it's a priority to get another Centre Back. Started with Ross Smith and Ross McMillian against St Johnstone but that was a bit of a disaster especially in the 1st half. Just hope it was just a blimp but if it continues then maybe put Ross Forsyth in their and play Mills in the left back position. I would also like to add another striker who could play through the middle just in case Blair Henderson gets injured. Think we are a bit short in that area.
  3. Yes complete confidence in Cammy doing the job for us on Tuesday and at Annan on Saturday.
  4. Chris was taken to Hospital suffering from concussion but was discharged last night with no injuries. Though as a precaution the Club Doctor has advised a 14 day rest period just to be on the safe side. Hope to see him back in goals for the Clyde game.
  5. Your entitled to your opinions re the Hearts U20`s tie, but the club has expenses to meet such as stewarding, Police etc to pay for and I think £5 is a good price to pay and the Club should be applauded for the price it set. I will be their and hopefully see an Albion victory on Tuesday night and us march into the next round.
  6. I would put Rossco in at left back, move Hodge into midfield and start Henderson along side Darren Smith and Eddie Fearns up front. Possibly play Moses from the start. Its a game we need to get something from, attack is the best form of defence imo at a ground we haven`t done well at.
  7. You never know if we beat Brechin and Elgin and St Johnstone beat Falkirk next Saturday we could finish up second no matter what the result is at McDiarmid Park. Fingers crossed for Tuesday night and another good performance from the team.
  8. Been supporting the Albion for far to long to get carried away just saviour the moment is all I say, tomorrow is another day, just 1 game at a time, on to Brechin Tuesday night hopefully we get a result their on our quest to finish 2nd in this group and get to the next round.
  9. Looked okay to me, didn't see any signs of it cutting up at the Morrison end where I was sitting.
  10. No good performance from the team today, could have won by a bigger margin if we had taken our chances especially if Darren Smith had taken his chance early in the second half. Only played one game hopefully when the League starts we can continue our winning ways then who knows where we might end up.
  11. Sad individual you should really get a life or better still have your computer removed so you can't post pish like above.
  12. I will go further a shithole we will not be visiting next year in our quest for promotion.
  13. Going by your argument then, no maintenance should be carried out on the pitch, isn't the close season the time to do it. ?
  14. Have to disagree with you their, the pitch was reseeded at the beginning of May, along with other work carried out on the pitch. Clearly the Club was being sensible about the request for 2 away games at the start of the Betfred Cup but the SPFL could not oblige. Hopefully the pitch will be ready on time for the Falkirk game and as I have stated above if major improvements to the pitch are to be carried out then clearly it does take time for the pitch to recover. Surely at the end of the day, the club should be praised for trying to improve the standard of pitch that was laid over 20 years ago when the ground was built.
  15. Not too bad, should do you a turn when he is fit. Okay for this level.
  16. Must be the cheapest season tickets in League 2. Works out at £6.66 per League game very good value imo. Stirling Albion charge £170 for a season ticket. which works out at £9.44 per game. Walk up price is £13. Most League 2 clubs charge £12, with the Albion and Arbroath charging £13. Annan and Elgin charged £10 for an adult last year don`t know if they are putting up the price next season. Hope they are successful in boosting the crowd at Meadowbank, might encourage neutrals to come along if say they charge say a tenner for adults.
  17. Hope not, still plenty of time yet, but the longer it goes on the less likely he is to sign on for next year.
  18. Welcome to the Big Boys League City, hope you find your feet at this level. Despite what some Albion fans say quite looking forward to visiting Meadowbank next season and hopefully coming away with the points. Enjoy your stay here and I hope you prosper. Would help us if you could take a few points off Clyde in the coming season. Hope you enjoy your visits to Forthbank and remember your not playing the Uni your playing the big boys in Stirling now. All the best.
  19. Nah want both at Forthbank especially the Falkirk game, would be nice to put one over on the Bairns at home.
  20. I agree with that, lets see how the team performs until we make any judgements after a couple of months. Its going to be a tough season ahead, with the likes of Clyde, Arbroath, Berwick and the 2 relegated teams Forfar and Cowdenbeath all trying to get out of this League one way or another.
  21. Good signing of Blair Henderson from Berwick, hope it works out for us as he has been proved a goal scorer at this level. Hopefully Mazel signs up as well and who knows next season might be more productive, I certainly hope so.
  22. So do I, pleased Ross Smith and Ross McGeachie have signed up for next season. As for Sean Dickson I can only hope he does a lot better than last season, not one of the fans favourites to be fair, but he seemed to get picked week in week out by McLaren despite having a poor season.
  23. Agree with you on this one, given the new format League Cup, could be played at one ground over the weekend before the start of this competition. Might generate a bit of interest amongst the fans of local teams.
  24. We could do with a big striker at Forthbank, hope he fills the bill.
