  1. I remember reading about how we could assign mental health conditions to entire countries depending on their behaviour towards the world. I guess we could also do this with football teams in which case I wonder if Rangers would fit this assessment because I think they would. This is not an attack on Rangers or their fans, just a thought, so no death threats please. ========================================================= Narcissistic personality disorder is characterised by the presence of five or more of the following symptoms:1 A sense of entitlement An inflated sense of self-importance Arrogant, egotistical, or haughty behavior Envious of others or believes others are envious of them Lack of empathy Preoccupation with fantasies of success, power, brilliance, beauty, or ideal love Requiring excessive admiration Taking advantage of others Believing that they are "special" and can only be understood by other special or high-status people =========================================================
  2. We'll win this one with a few goals from Duk and Miovski and when I say a few I mean we'll win by one goal scored by Duk or Miovski or perhaps someone else and it might be a penalty. I hope. Fingers crossed.
  3. Signed. Also I think this is such a good thing and allows more and more people to be, to feel, included in this wonderful game, particularly minority groups who by definition are excluded from so much already. 212 have now signed. Perhaps some of us on here have connections to other forums and could add the link there?
  4. Hibs fans now going home to comment yet again on the Hearts v Aberdeen game, clearly the only game worth talking about (even if we're shi_ite)
  5. 2-0 to Livi. Blimey! Hibs fans heading for the exits according to the BBC
  6. I agree. There are so many positives to be taken from this one result and still, the OF hierarchy fail to see it. Is Jackson paid by Celtic?
  7. It's interesting that Jackson talks about Scottish Football but really only means the traditionally larger teams, so not Scottish Football at all. Rangers also complained recently that teams were defending against them. It's a plot, I tell you! I love this quote (amongst many others to be fair). This is a side which had wracked up 23 goals in five top-flight games before hopping halfway across the M8. But all the exhilarating flair and the sheer fun of what they have been putting together lately disappeared in the first puff of pellets yesterday lunchtime. That, as a contest, it soon became an eye-bleeding test of endurance should have come as no great surprise. That’s Livingston away all over So he's saying that the reason that Celtic didn't win by a barrowload is because Livingstone plays in a particular way and have a non-grass pitch. Is he a Celtic supporter then ?. I'm not sure what the issue is. Livingstone got a point against the champions - well done! And as far as Scottish Football is concerned I believe that most fans of all the other teams would be delighted that the score was 0-0, I know that I was. It's not unfair and that's why Scottish Football is so much more interesting than the football down south.
  8. Unless the fightback is on...com on the Hearts
  9. Jesus, Hearts might as well just go home now. All the bluster, all the bravado, all the bragging and nothing to show at the end.
  10. Clear penalty and it's what Hearts deserve tbf. They have no-one up front.
  11. Not my debt nor my club sonny! And that's where you guys go wrong every time. It's not our job to sort out your mess it's yours. Simple!

  13. I loved this team, so many good players at the time. 1977/78. Second in the league and Scottish cup runners-up that season.
  14. John Docherty scores for Third Lanark AC v Celtic FC 1954 Cathkin Park, Glasgow.
  15. In for Derby's Max Lowe according to this...http://www.hitc.com/en-gb/2018/08/29/por-derbys-lowe-set-for-aberdeen-loan-move/
  16. Watching the World Cup I think so too and have done for a while. The athleticism of our players is way below those in the top division in England and as we see in the top games the lightweights are just pushed off the ball repeatedly. I'm not saying it's just about size but if you're smaller and lighter you have to be a much better technical player and those are few and far between in Scotland sadly.
  17. As Rodhull said I was talking about youth players obviously. Hendry signed for Celtic at the age of 23. GMS was 24 when he signed for Celtic for £250,000 after more than 100 professional games. Armstrong was 23 and had played over 125 games for Dundee Utd, not sure of the fee. So all were a lot older, had played many more games than the Hamilton lad and their clubs had more invested in them. They were not youth players who had been with the club for four years and had played under 15 times for the first team. Tally ho!
  18. And a good groundsman to look after your pitch. Not that ours is a lot better tbh https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/44358594
  19. £150k tops. https://www.transfermarkt.com/lewis-ferguson/profil/spieler/428563
  20. No player in Scottish football history has gone for anything close to £900,000. Ever! How magic are his feet? I'd say let him stay at Hamilton and we'll get him for nothing in 12 months. HeHe!
  21. We'd never spend that sort of money, Hamilton are just having a laugh! And he's not worth that tbh, not unless he improves under Deek. He will have the advantage of playing on a better pitch though
  22. Is that how much you guys were stiffed for last year? Coincidence?
