  1. A tough tie, although it's 2122 so f**k knows now.
  2. December 2121 A nil-nil at home to Racing that sees us drop into the Conference League, and a decent enough 1-0 victory in our final league game before the break. I'll take it. We now move to just two points behind Viktoria. Very much still in it. A disappointment, I have to say, but we're still in Europe so that's something.
  3. November 2121 Not the best of months, with two disappointing losses in Europe and a fairly mediocre showing in the league. WInter break coming up soon. We've fallen a wee bit behind Viktoria after that, but it's far from insurmountable. And it's make or break in our final group game against Racing.
  4. Inverness Caledonian Thistle 1 - 2 Raith Rovers Arbroath 0 - 2 Greenock Morton Dundee United 3 - 1 Ayr United Dunfermline Athletic 1 - 1 Queen’s Park Partick Thistle 1 - 0 Airdrieonians
  5. Meant to say, I liked him when he was with us and expected that he’d kick on as a solid Premiership striker, but Zak Rudden was appalling today.
  6. To the limited extent that there were chances, I thought we had the better of them. But that game simply didn’t deserve it finish anything other than 0-0. That said, if Blair Alston’s free kick had gone in, I think I’d have packed in the football - it’s not topping that.
  7. It’s been a poor game, with one close one each. Neither side has been particularly good.
  8. Two senior players on the bench, and those players are Ross Stewart and Blair Alston. Genuine nightmare fuel.
  9. No Robinson, and looks like MacKenzie in for Lawless on the wing with McInroy further forward?
  10. Meanwhile, it's gotten silly in the other Europa League groups.
  11. October 2121 We conceded a last minute equaliser to Usti, which was hugely frustrating, but other than that it was another excellent month domestically. Lucky to get away with a draw in Santander, and we deserved the loss at home to Molde. Still goin alright though. We've pulled a point clear with that win against Viktoria Plzen, and I'm hopeful that we can make this spot our own. And we're still looking alright in Europe, although a couple more wins will be required.
  12. September 2121 A stunning victory over Werder Bremen is the highlight, but it's an outstanding month all round. Kincl getting some goals as well is very helpful. It sticks into the midst of a three-way title fight. And maybe I was wrong about our Europa group, but I'll take it.
  13. Success doesn’t have to mean the promotion playoffs to be fair. I would imagine that Morton have, quite comfortably, one of the leagues lowest budgets, and they seem to be a team greater than the sum of their parts, so fair play.
  14. Your club has finished above 9th at this level twice in its entire history, so this feeling that you should be operating at this level seems wildly misplaced to be honest.
  15. As someone who doesn’t know the issues with Millen but is a wee bit interested, what’s gone on here? I had just assumed he was injured.
  16. No, I’m not a VL so I’d just carry on with my life.
  17. Arbroath fans that one season they were good as well. Not enough to just enjoy being good for the first time in their clubs history, they need to charge around demanding everyone else congratulates them for it.
  18. I think Livi will do absolutely fine next season - I don’t think they’ll win the league, but I think they’ll be challenging for the playoffs. Even with them losing some very good players like Nouble, Penrice and Anderson, they still have the makings of a decent championship squad. And Martindale is, despite this season, obviously still a decent manager. This opinion is subject to them not needing to sell all their remaining assets and sign complete shite to replace them, but I don’t think that’ll happen. I think Martindale will stay, as I think he’s resigned to the fact that, rightly or wrongly, his past means no one apart from Livi will touch him.
  19. There’s no chance we’re finishing second, this is more about consolidating third for us. If United win on the Friday night, then the only decent thing for Rovers to do is accept that the league is gone and lie down to your pals from Maryhill.
  20. From watching Dowds for a year, his general play was fucking abysmal. He might have improved on that at Ayr a bit, but there’s absolutely no question that he’s clearly a significant downgrade on Graham, and I’d question if he’d even be worth playing over Diack, who at least will improve with game time.
