  2. Game 20 - October 2082

I've had almost a month to wait since our last game and the final day of the season is here. We're playing Panevyeys, a side who recently beat us 3-0, while Zalgiris play Vilnaius Vytis, who have already been relegated. Riteriai play Jonava and could still win the league if both us and Zalgiris lose.

    All comes down to this.

    Spoiler

f**k sake. We weren't even worthy of the draw, and probably should have lost the game but that's a frustrating performance.

It means that we need Vilnaius Vytis, a side who've only won two games all season, to do us a favour. Can they do it?

    HAHAHAHAHA YASSSSS.

Zalgiris missed a penalty and all, which would have won them the league.

It's the lowest points total for a Lithuanian champion in the save, but f**k it.

See you later Lithuania. Next on the list is Belarus.

The Equality and Human Rights Commission has told the Scottish Government that more detailed consideration is needed with regards to Scots Govs plan for gender recognition reforms.

Just for what it’s worth, they’ve said this because they’re a bunch of Tories appointed by the Tories to ensure Tory policies are pushed. The Scottish Government plans have already been extremely widely consulted on and considered.

This is a decent thread on it.

  4. Probably make it easier to give certain players a bit of a rest if we’re comfortable in games, and possibly give some young guys like Stanway the odd game too. But I’m pretty sure, as it stands, we don’t have enough first team players to fill a 9 man bench without throwing in young guys.

Hopefully get a couple more guys in either tomorrow or Friday though.

Adam Montgomery supposedly set to join on loan from Celtic today until the end of the season. Absolutely fine with me, anything that can improve our midfield is very welcome since midfield has clearly been the weakest part of our team for a while.

Have to say I'm enjoying the buzz around the club at the minute.

Is he not supposed to be a left back?

I recall hearing workmates (male ones) from Linlithgow talking about this Black Bitch thing. Something about being born within the town boundary making you one. It seemed to be a thing they were proud of.

Haven’t we done this thread. This is like de ja vu.

Aye, it got covered on the cancel culture thread. Pretty sure we all agreed that everyone from Linlithgow is a wrongun and moved on,

Seems to have been fine for the months since you first hit out with this.

I'm now wondering how many international football tournaments are in game?

    World Cup

    Olympics

6x Continental Cups (Euros, Copa America, Gold Cup, AFCON, AFC and OFC Nations)

Plus regional ones. How many are there?

I think they’ve only bothered with some of the Asian regional ones - seems to be the South-East Asian ones, East Asian and South Asian cups. There’s also something called the AFC Solidarity Cup.

They don’t seem to have bothered with stuff like the Baltic or Carribean Cups, which is a shame.

  9. Game 19 - September 2082

    Spoiler

Well, on the plus side we finally managed to avoid defeat against Zalgiris which is something, but on the other they're playing already relegated Vytis on the final day of the season so we're almost certainly not going to be winning the league this season.

We're playing Panevezys on the final day.

If, and it's a big if, Zalgiris drop points then we can win the title by winning or drawing (if they lose).

Riteriai can also win the title if both us and Zalgiris lose.

  10. Lithuanian Cup Semi Final - September 2082

    f**k sake. An absolute doing.

We were doing well up until the first goal went in, and then after that just completely collapsed. Simply not good enough.

Need to be much better in our next, far more important, match.
