Didn't we buy the north stand also through a special loan with the council that we then ended up getting simply handed to us as part of the stadium company debacle? Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril

Falkirk v Alloa
RC55 FFC replied to Crawford Baptie's topic in Scottish Championship General Chatter
It's only Alloa. 4-0 Bairns.... Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril -
Looks like circa 1000 tickets have been shifted so far by Falkirk fans for tomorrow night. Would imagine a few may PATG but not a lot. Not great at all but not surprising. I'll be there but in hope rather than any sort of expectation. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril

I'm sure I've said this in every pre match thread v Dumbarton, but it really is a sad day when I would predict anything other than a win over them. 3-1 Bairns. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril

Hearts v Falkirk
RC55 FFC replied to Crawford Baptie's topic in Scottish Championship General Chatter
Section M has sold out and tickets are being sold for section L of the Roseburn stand. No idea how many has been sold but I'd guess we'll take between 1000-1200 come KO. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril -
Hearts v Falkirk

734 Bairns fans at ER yesterday, I'd guess 1000 at Hearts as it's usually the preferred away game out the Edinburgh games. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril -
734 away fans yesterday according to FFC twitter. Seen more for an Edinburgh game but not the worst at all considering the amount of away games recently plus it Hearts away next week too. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril

Games are usually close between the sides, last August was no exception at TFS. Think we'll come out on top tomorrow though. Not sure if we'll make any changes to the side that lost to The Rangers however Saturdays match at Hibs has to be given the care it needs if any players are carrying injuries. 2-1 Bairns with Olu & Alston the scorers (Blair just loves scoring v that lot) Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril

The Sevco v Falkirk
RC55 FFC replied to Crawford Baptie's topic in Scottish Championship General Chatter
Not quite just 3 games. We also had a larger home support in the SPL so you had them occupied most games by home fans and then by the Old Firm on the 3 occasions you mentioned. They were also part funded/sponsored by Sandy Alexander's company. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril -
The Sevco v Falkirk

The cost to hire them isn't covered by the 2 occasions they'd be required so I'd say the board have done the sensible thing on this occasion. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril -
Chalmers came onto a game the last couple of months. Re his holiday. Unfair on him to be honest, other than the fact it was Probobly booked well in advance, let's not forget he was injured. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril

The Sevco v Falkirk

If this sells out and from 8000 seats, I'd imagine the crowd will be given as 7,500 or thereabouts. There's always a good few hundred that don't go through a turnstile. ie hospitality, officials, WAGs, hangers on etc. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril -
The Sevco v Falkirk
RC55 FFC replied to Crawford Baptie's topic in Scottish Championship General Chatter
Nope. Highest attendance was 7,245 versus Rangers (Old) in season 06/07. Most recent high attendance was the Dunfermline game in 2010 which was a baw hair off 7000. The 3 Rangers cup ties in the last few years have been between 6200-6700. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril -

Game heading for a sell out, good to see. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril -
Hopefully sensible pricing considering the games are thick and fast at this time of year and the fact this game is sandwiched in between the 2 Edinburgh trips. Should be £10/£5 but will Probobly be £12/£6 Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril

Cowdenbeath v Falkirk August 9
RC55 FFC replied to Gaz FFC's topic in Scottish Championship General Chatter
The best thing about going to Cowdenbeath is you know you'll leave. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril -
Brian Graham appears to be the front runner to sign assuming United get another forward in. He'll score 20+ goals in the championship and alongside Loy would be a good piece of work by Houstie. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril

We did what we had to do today, we won the tie. I thought we controlled the game to be honest and never looked like losing. Cooper & Alston's second were great goals, regardless of opposition. Great bunch of folk at Stenny cricket club too before the game. COYB Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril

Looking forward to Saturdays game, even if it is the "diddy" cup. Enjoy going to Ochilview to be honest, hopefully a decent Bairns crowd will be in attendance. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril

I think I remember seeing that in the Herald. Who is paying for the new stand etc? LK or the club? Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril

Pretty poor there's no seating option for away fans at Awfulview next Saturday. I love terracing and can't wait to get back on it but some fans, especially the elderly will struggle to stand for over 90mins or will not be able to attend at all. I'm not being funny, but Shire won't need 700 seats in that main stand, some - even just 150 - should be made available to FFC. On another note, I heard at the game last night we are just shy of having sold 2,650 season tickets. A great figure. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril
