The fine is quite clearly down to the investigation being unhappy about Dundee explanation for the issues and how they've tried to resolve them previously. The hefty future fine is a scare tactic to try and ensure it's not half arsed this Summer and is actually sorted. I'd be stunned if you have to pay the fine if the SPFL are happy with the work taken this Summer and other games are postponed the same day/weekend. It'll be a lot more nuanced than it's being presented. Dundee as a club seem desperate to get fans pointing fingers everywhere but at them.

59 Ya boring. It's been Rangers issue since you won the league. Being functionally boring helped you as Celtic went mental and it now seems ingrained. Selling Sakala and not finding someone equally chaotic was a poor decision IMO, you need a wildcard or two up front, not endless intelligent footballers.
