You'd hope hes strong enough against his agent to make sure he avoids that. For the first time he probably now knows what style of play helps him thrive and can look for that with his next club/manager.
He's too nice to do that

I can see Bair in somewhere like Belgium or Holland. Partly just as North American players seem more likely to go to the continent than British ones but I'm also not convinced he'd do all that well in the Championship. Seems likely he'd end up with another nasty Steven MacLean type who just wants to shout and shells balls at his head.

I'm not that confident about our end of the bargain but if does sound very Hibs to miss out on top 6 because of Sam Nicholson, Andy Halliday or Blair Spittal

Would just like to mention the fact we've very generously provided Aberdeen with 7 points this season.

I was at the Alloa game but have no recollection of Wells tbh. Is he a winger?

POTY votes out now. I mean, it's Spittal obviously, but I'm not having a Hearts w**k as our player of the year, so it's Theo.

Let me be the first to pre-emptively say, Ms Banks- welcome to our great wee club.

We win this but Lamie rescues a point for Dundee in injury time.

I assume the club will do more due diligence than this but my general impression is that most things generally work out pretty well for Motherwell Football Club for whatever reason. Does it seem likely that a rich benevolent American with B-list pals, forward thinking ideas and social media/streaming experience, loves European soccer and buys into the Well Society ethos so decides to chuck us some cash?
Probably,aye.

We should get Tommy Sheridan to do the half time draw again

Once we're rich we should give Dundee a few pounds to fix the pitch.

It didn't affect them eventually winning the title but we did beat Rangers when they were expecting to just turn up and win to clinch the title in 91 and 97. The one in 97 was even sweeter as it was at Ibrox, for 9 in a row and they had organised a big party.
We held them in McGhee's first season too, which I'm sure ended up costing them it.

What is this witchcraft?
The first nice thing Scott Burns has had to say about us in about 3 years there

I think the top flight and Championship formats are currently pretty good in terms of entertainment value but it feels like something could probably be done about Leagues 1 and 2. Not our problem and god willing it never will (so f**k the diddies) but from the outsides both leagues seem a bit stale with one team generally running away with it most years. Feels like that sort of level might be worth expanding to 18 or 20 teams. I generally quite like how often everybody plays each other in the top flight but I'm not sure if Annan necessarily have to play Cove four times a season.

They should give St Mirren a points deduction to keep it interesting. Say its for financial doping or serious foul play or something.

I'd rather finish 5th than 7th but I'd probably rather finish 7th than 6th. It's always a bit shite being the only team in the top half not getting Europe. Getting a result against the OF would maybe make it worth it though.

If you assume we're beating St Mirren (obviously not a given, but if we don't then everything else is moot) then we still have to be one or two points better than them across the other 5 games. Probably more chance of us beating a half-arsed Hearts at home than them doing it at Tynie? On the other hand though we'll have to go to Rugby Park and they won't.

Chrissy Cadden to take out Theo Bair and the dream is over.
I will lose it.

I still think there's one too many variables. Can see us winning and Dundee taking one point from their last two or everything going our way but we drop points to Hibs.

We win from 2-0 down in the 79th minute and it secures Top Six for St Mirren. I hate this team.

Yous can have another go in Airdrie if you like?

If we're not going to make Top Six then I at least hope a few of our ex-players nick Europe.
Good luck Liam Polworth and Rickie Lamie!
