That decision was one of the worst ever. It was impossible to tell from where he was positioned if it had crossed the line. There was literally a sea of bodies blocking his view. They locked their gun camera onto it skimming just above the ocean. Faraway plane? If it is secret advanced technology then they certainly like to mess with the U.S. Navy. When Fraver landed the carrier air traffic controllers said they had multiple similar contacts over the preceding weeks. Fraver was angry that they didn't get a heads up from them.
