This team is probably a year short of being a superbowl contender but should be winning at least one playoff game. With Stafford, Johnson, Burleson, Bush, Broyles, Pettigrew, Scheffler, Bush etc the offense should be pretty explosive. The defense needs to play like it did early 2011, Ford Field sounds pretty loud for a preseason game.

I liked the look of the defense there, minus Levy getting beat for a first down by Stephen Hill.

Whats your thoughts on Bradford, will he make it? I imagine this is a big year for him.

Pretty amazing whats happened to that division, it wasn't so long ago it was won with a losing record. Can't see a scenario where St Louis wins it though, possible wildcard shot.

Why are WWE so reluctant to do a John Cena heel turn, surely it would enhance his reputation if anything.

I didn't think his record was that good. I've always though VY was a good computer game player, had all those atrributes but he couldn't translate that into success in the real world.

Finally some love for the Lions Get a pretty hard time from the media but this team will win a super bowl with Stafford. Given just how bad they were it was obviously going to take time to re-build. Schwartz is still learning and made some mistakes but I like him, its ridiculous that people have been calling for him to be fired.

Yeah. To be fair he took the praise the right way and gained confidence from it but one game or even 3 or 4 doesn't make you a superstar.

It does matter...to Hearts fans. As it should, its the greatest result in your history as it would have been for us. For Hibs fans though it was a truly shite Hibs team who failed to show up. Danny Woodhead has signed for the Chargers. I don't see him working out there, players tend to do nothing before they go to New England, Belichick fits them into his system somewhere and then they do nothing again after leaving New England.

Pretty good offseason but suddenly DE is a massive need. The good thing is with the interior lineman the Lions have they probably don't need a superstar DE for him to be effective. Depth is needed at DT, perhaps a linebacker unless Durant is brought back. Looking pretty good but maybe still too many holes to fill this offseason. O-line needs work with Backus retiring, Peterman being released and Goz going to the Colts and maybe need one more WR.
