  1. Wind gusting up to 35 mph in Arbroath if that helps. C'mon the Lichties
  2. Precisely, what other teams do with their away support is irrelevant two wrongs don't make a right. There is no need for some away supports to be dumped there unnecessarily regardless of their numbers. They've paid the same as the home support so deserve a decent view.
  3. Bit of a gut wrencher last night but gotta move on from it. Can't fault the players commitment and hopefully we can hang in there till we get some new faces in along with some of the injured back but McKenna being out till March is a massive blow. Seen Bird holding his hamstring prior to going off which isn't good but hopefully he got off before too much damage was done.
  4. That was an absolute sickener. At least we looked like a team at last though. Dundee supporters obsession with Mcintyre is seriously weird, they need help.
  5. Not much of the new manager bounce from us today (not his fault btw) we didn't create much and Morton overall edged it we just look toothless. A lot of hard work ahead of the new manager to sort us out. Morton were ok without being spectacular but it was never going to be a classic in the conditions. Glad they opened up the away end enclosure for the soaked Morton supporters and tbh i wish we would stop punting some away supports in that tiny corner of the ground, i wouldn't come back to Gayfield if i was an away supporter and spending £20 plus to be dumped there. Totally unnecessary.
  6. She probably put the poly bag over a scraper to keep the ice of her hand. Can't think of any other explanation.
  7. No problem with McIntyre cleaning the slate, a bit of a bummer for Malcolm but the correct decision. Gonna be a interesting few weeks ahead but he clearly knows what he wants and hope he gets a fast start and gets the fans on his side. A win against Morton would be a huge result for us.
  8. Not to bad the results for us today, keeps us well in touch with the teams just above us. Haven't given up on us surviving in the league but i will if Yogi Hughes is any where near managing us.
  9. No, he left before it happened. But Dumbarton supporters clearly thinking they were entitled to stay in the Championship. Remember who you are boys......Short memories.
  10. IIRC Dumbarton supporters on here weren't happy about getting relegated from the Championship. Were you entitled?
  11. Campbell's last game yesterday against a team 2 divisions below us kinda summed up where we are. Outthought, outplayed, outworked. I doubt it was gonna get any better and tbh i wish he had retired in the summer on a high.
  12. After all the Campbells have done for the club a horrible way for it to end.
  13. Utter shite at Spartans so far. Haven't created a semblance of a chance so far.

I might be able to if i get a day off work. Never been to a tournament but have been to some exhibitions but would really like to get to a tournament. Higgins pumped out the Champions last night by Allen, he played good at the start but started missing after the break. Allen played well though.
  15. For a cup game that a lot people on here couldn't care less about the reaction to the performance of a totally rejigged team is a bit over the top imo.
  16. Yes, ticketmaster. Good luck persuading the wife
  17. Tickets on sale on The Spartans website £16 for adults £11 for others. Didn't see anything for away supporters but probably no segregation i'm thinking.
  18. It wasn't too difficult tbf, just done it online with one of the ticket outlets and get your pass on your phone. We only purchased our tickets the day before we went to the tennis but that was the 1st round might be tougher later on in the tournament. We weren't in the show courts but watched Andy Murray in the Grandstand court but we could also watch other games on other courts. Think it cost about £140 for a ticket for what we got which was from 12-6pm. If you get the chance go for it.
  19. Didn't realise they were full time i just assumed they were part time, gonna be tougher than i thought then perhaps. Only really paid any attention to their last game which was versus East Fife who they struggled to beat so not sure if they just had a poor game or that is the level they are at which i doubt if they are full time. Anyway, we need to get a win on the board to get a bit of confidence back.
  20. Absolutely insipid performance from Arbroath. Could still be playing and not have created a half decent chance.
