Went to see The Marvels today. The post credit scene is indeed very interesting and by far the best bit of the film. The movie itself is pretty terrible. Probably my least favourite Marvel effort so far.

Agree with this. Kelly has been an absolute bomb scare for us (Motherwell) recently, probably to the extent that he’s needing a period out of the first team. So, seeing him lining up for Scotland would be the worst of a load of not very good options. Clark isn’t great I agree but at least has a little bit more presence than Kelly, although it’s marginal.

Has anyone had experience of submitting various applications using the group ID? I’ve put all the tickets on my application and then tried to get my friends to create profiles and enter the ID number so we can sit together. However, they’re saying they can’t submit anything without selecting some tickets and we don’t really want to end up with multiple tickets for the same game.

I'm driving across in a camper van with three pals and setting up camp in Cologne. Perhaps start to regret it towards the end of the 2nd week though.

I thought we passed it around fine but Adams hold up play wasn’t at the required level tonight. Actually thought that improved when Brown came on. Most of France’s goals came from our mistakes but also you feel that they could have stepped it up if necessary. Plenty to take from it and all in all, it’s been a fantastic week. Job done.

With the Euros and Nations League A coming up it’s probably as good a time as any to play these teams tbh.

Punk also said on one of his commentary gigs that he's free for the next two months. The timing of which apparently ties in with Survivor Series in Chicago.

Assuming that Lennon Miller is still on a relatively low wage as a young player, we've really got to give him a bump up and stick an extra year or 2 on that contract. Likelihood is he'll be away next year or the following January anyway so I don't see why he wouldn't want to earn more in the short term and in turn we protect the maximum value of a player with a lot of potential.

Seen it mentioned that he’s due to start tonight. Fingers crossed and good luck young man. Will be very interesting to see how he does if he does indeed start his 1st senior game.

Caught the last 20 minutes of the 1st half. Tierney has been very good. Mostly in defensive phases as Real are pressuring but he’s not let anything get past him down his side. He had a one on one with Rodrygo that he looked like he might lose out on but did excellently with his recovery pace. He made one bursting run forward on the counter and only a poor pass from his team mate stopped him creating a chance. It’s been an enjoyable game, so going to happily watch the 2nd half.

I think it's what he didn't say, really. He did mention it wasn't within his control which I think may be the telling bit. Other than that he gave the issue little heed. I think that can be taken two ways - he isn't happy with the press coverage and didn't want to speak to them about it or that Anderson has does a u-turn on his decision.

The defence and midfield will get a lot of plaudits and rightfully so but a quick mention for the bold Theo Bair. Thought he was really good with his link up play and showed plenty of quality with his touches and passing.

My arse was knitting cardigans there. Superb result! Thought we were tremendous first half. Really went into our shell after Spittals 2nd half miss but dug in to get the result. Long live Kettle ball!

Excellent news. Things have really shaped up nicely for the squad in this camp. Plenty of players getting significant minutes and in form. Looking forward to the next two games.

I initially thought Cena would be excellent for him but they’ve both been so complimentary of each other in recent years I’m not sure what the angle would be? I think a run against Reigns would be stellar but you’d think Reigns’ plans are set and they’re not gonna disrupt that for Punk. Still, there’s plenty of guys he could work with, perhaps not with a ready made storyline but they’d work something and as usual with Punk it would be entertaining. Anyway, as you say, we’re in the land of fantasy, I would be shocked if it ever came to pass.

Winning what? I don’t think he’d come in as the all conquering face who topples Reigns no, but I’m sure he would be presented as a top guy over the short period he’d be there for. It’s very unlikely to happen but fun to fantasy book I suppose.

Aye can’t see Punk going back to WWE, too many egos and pride at play there. Bloody hope he does though, it would be absolutely blockbuster stuff.
