You don't get paid hourly with a holiday pay claim on your hourly rate. I'm sure if I threw the word bigot around more I might get a better debate.

It's not even a week. It backdates a year, but will probably only be ten or so hours worth for the entire payment. As such, it'll only be a couple of hundred quid, at most, for each of these claims.

I see today the Sun is reporting that Rangers players are suing Ibrox for Holiday Pay claims. It also claims these are big money claims. I can confirm this is horrific journalism again. These claims are not worth much at all, and can only go back one year. I work in Employment Law, so just my two cents before it gets discussed.
