That's Moderna announced development of three new mRNA vaccines: seasonal flu, HIV, and nipah. I'm not sure how you conduct a clinical trial of an HIV vaccine, have them all sharing needles for a fortnight to see who gets it? The HIV one could be an absolute game changer, though if we'd all just followed Jacob Zuma's advice of having a shower after unprotected sex we wouldn't have got into this mess in the first place.
