Far be it for me to defend Boness but they always have a decent support - especially compared with other teams in this league. They will have had a lot more than 2 car loads thats for sure. When the Rose were at EK we were not allowed in the "away end" this was for officials only.

Landed in Krakow. 50 mins later we had done a 20 minute taxi journey and were in hotel. Back to Edinburgh today and 50 mins later folk still queuing outside to get to passport control- shambles.

Good question. The LL is a massive step up from EOS so in that sense top 6 would be decent. However, having Thom injured for most of the season, Gillespie and Allison injured for 6 months, Heaver, Ogilvie, Skinner out for 3 or 4 months it could have been a bit better with some better luck.

I would say Binnie, Thom, Allison ,Skinner, Webb, Thomson, Allan, McMullan, Ogilvie, Maguire,Paterson and Rae are all good enough. Not sure about Simpson, Sneddon and too early to tell with McMartin, McDowall, Hambrook.

Not heard but that was my first thought. He was a sub on saturday and noticed he sat in front row of stand rather than the dug out which was a bit odd.
