Injured and shite.  Headless chicken springs to mind.

Totally disagree. Young lad who has something about him. Yesterday he was miles better than the guy he replaced. I would be happy to see him back next season.

Clubs like CCS don't survive on gate money alone. Lottery, raffles, bar takings, sponsors, SFA payments all add to it.  Players may also be paid not much more than expenses.  Either way, Jardine and his coaches do a tremendous job.

Was there today and crowd was about 170. Maybe 30 in bar before the game.

Was told that none of the CSS players get paid which says a lot about Jardine when it is clear they are all good enough to get paid elsewhere.

...........and that prediction is based on what ?

    Care to explain.

We should be a bit better in terms of injuries but have been found out physically in a lot of games. 5 or 6 need to go and be replaced with a far higher quality. Right back, centre half, creative midfielder and the all elusive goal scoring centre forward are much needed.

Think we should finish a couple of places higher than this season but would be surprised if we were challenging at the top.

Well said. As much as we have a gripe and moan occasionally, this season has been far beyond what we could have expected when it kicked off. All thanks to the management team, players and all associated with the club.

And we'll always have Louis Kennedy in Lithgae. That's a moment a hold onto forever.

Very true but will never come close to Davie Wilcox or Derek Halcrow at Newton park 👍.

As you will know as you were there our game with Hearts on a Friday night drew 303 which was 2 less than we got v Strollers who brought a handful of fans if we were lucky although it was the 1st home game of the season.

We actually got a below average crowd for Celtic. Our best crowds have been v the old junior sides Lithgae, Bo'ness and Tranent, we probably could have got more v Tranent if it wasn't  on a Tuesday night as more of their fans may have travelled same with the return game which was also midweek.

Frustrating that 2 of our midweek homes were against sides who actually have a travelling support the other being Albion Rovers. Both would have attracted bigger crowds on a Saturday.

I was astonished at how few fans Tranent had at Linlithgow.on Saturday.

  6. Accies advertising one now at £15 a pop. Strangely they were saying it was "only place to watch Scotland at Euro 24" but that seems to have been deleted now.

I would not recommend buying a ticket as it will be a disaster one way or another.

Surely not.  Me thinks you are being sarcastic. I was thinking more about £400k. A poor league 2 budget is £300k to £400k. Well done anyway.

£650k is close to what we were told a couple of weeks ago.

  8. Thought we fought well but on balance of play Tranent might have got a draw although we had better chances. Very strange ref who booked Rose players for virtually every challenge while Tranent guys got off with very similar things.

Congratulations to Jamie Allan winning supporters club player of the season.

Pitch was terrible, surprised how long the grass was.

Such a shame to see shielfield in such a mess, was always one of the better surfaces.

    It's a gluepot

Careful - some joker who wasn't at the game will be along soon to say you are just moaning.

  10. 2nd half we were excellent. Created 3 or 4 great chances. No idea how anyone would want to watch Berwick. Kick lumps out of everything that moved and the worst pitch I have see all season.

Maybe time for a change at the top!!!

Why. Been successful before. Had a horrendous injury lisr all season and a 9 day break before the start of the season.

Yet we had no problem letting Beggars supporters leave / return at half time with drink and threaten stewards.

Sad day when we are turning away our own supporters - what do they say about not judging a book by its cover?

Would you really want these guys at a Rose game ? Been causing havoc in the town for months and all turn up with balaclavas on. Boness fans were a bit boisterous but never really caused any issues.
