    This should be decent.

Two teams, when on form, are amongst the best in the league and both have every chance of making the playoffs.

Stirling are flying just now and might nick a 2-1 win here. Although Elgin, on their day can beat any team in the league.

very fair assessment Stirling 2 elgin 2

Not necessarily, think we were something like 14 points away from the Play Offs at the end of November and it looked more likely to be dragged into the basement battle than anything else. There’s very little between the sides out with the top 2 and by the look of things, Brechin, and there will be more twists and turns before the season ends.

    Albion 4th annan 5th park 6th Elgin 7th u heard it here

  3. our centre mid is not defensive minded enough to play 4 4 2 and I have been saying for long enough that we need to play sutherland up top with Hester wide left mckay right and soapy off sutherland. Any 2 of Omar mcewan and dingwall in front of defence. our defence does not get enough protection. Good to hear other ideas though. We have lost a ridiculous amount of points at end of matches.

  4. so disappointed this season is going down the pan with poor team selection and baffling tactics. Cant agree with commets above thought omar was really poor and offers nothing out wide only when mckay came on did we wake up. thought rory deserved man of the match not his fault price put him in daft position and showed alot of maturity with a great second half in his proper positon

I like that our younger players are getting sent out on loan nowadays instead of playing youth team games. I’ve been keeping up with Fort Williams scores to see how they’ve been getting on.

Interested to see how many of them actually make a competitive first team appearance for us.

Hobans a strange one for me as he looks a bit short for a keeper. Also wonder if Cameron Mackays deemed good enough for first team action if/when Ridgers leaves.

there are no games for those older than 17

Yesterday was very frustrating again. Thought we matched Edinburgh no problem and deserved a draw, but again we walk away with nothing.
At this mid stage of the season where do we all see us finishing?

I think we will be 8th and yet another season of midtable mediocrity.

20 years of this. What can be done to change this?

I know geography is a problem is attracting the very best players to the club, but there has to be more to it than that. It's uncanny how often the same thing happens to us. Either a good start and fall away. Or a bad start and we are out of it then finish strong and fall just short.

The thing is, the crowd levels and hospitality numbers are starting to badly struggle because of it. How can the trend be stopped?

Do we need to get some younger forward thinking people onto the board to try something different? In my mind something needs done soon or we could well end up back in the Highland League which would be an absolute disaster.
