Things have taken a really dark turn with the right in Scotland and elsewhere and their link to the "we are the people/ rule brittania" mindset was laid bare this week. I don't think it's out of the bounds of possibility that they could find out about and then latch on to this as at least superficially it's exactly the same (unionist, rangers "minded" superiority gimmick).

Saw that, hope it's a temporary thing dude to covid but seems fairly ominous.

The basics are that himself and Nathan Cruz got riled up by more or less nothing from that annoying "mad kurt" account, the guy posts an innocuous reply to them (literally saying "yes" to a tweet from whiplash asking if he was considered old) and Whippy goes right off on one pointing out among other things that he was the main demographic for male suicide and then (although not directly naming Hana the allusion is there) transitions into recent trolling and it's consequences. Wrestling twitter then jumps on him for his wild overreaction and he responds with a massive post about his mental health. Not a great situation. Edit to add: found tweets

Yeah, I agree, clearly not in a good place judging by his follow up messages. Hope he takes a step back from it as the twitter hate crew will be out for him. Very ill judged comments from him.

Been listening on pretty heavy rotation to RTJ4 after it's release last week. It's a really good, really well produced album.

Very much appreciate the response, but yeah we'll very much have to agree to disagree on this one, the one thing this certainly doesnt scream at me is "fun". As you say you clearly know a lot of people who are fans of this gimmick, no one I know who I've been to ICW with likes it, no one at all in this thread likes it. That's basically the only people I interact with on or offline who are fans of ICW at 100% not liking it. Might only be a couple of dozen people but it's telling for me. I don't think anyone dislikes Jason Reed at all, I'm fact I think most folk agree he has a good amount of potential. It's just this gimmick and the much, much bigger picture of what it stands for and represents even if its never explicitly stated. But it's your show and as you say, you can't please all the people all the time. Take care

There's been some iconic colourways of Air Max 1s over the years. The best IMO is this one. Closely followed by the white and black.

Yep im the same, I've pretty much read his raw review every Tuesday morning for 20 odd years without exaggeration. Would trust his stars waaaay more than Meltzers.
