  1. You’re completely right about him diving but VAR is designed for these decisions to be black and white and it’s clear to see there is a kick to the knee. I don’t know how much football people have been watching of late if they actually believed a ref wasn’t going to give that.
  2. Diaz shot on target evens on William hill - surely giving money away ?
  3. If you have a bug bearer it should be about VAR in general because no way is a ref going to be able to look at that and not award it when it’s a clear boot to the knee. Nothing to do with what team it happens against a ref is always giving that.
  4. When it goes to VAR and the ref has plenty time to see it and sees a clear kick to the knee then he’s giving the penalty all day long. It’s shit but it’s what it was bought in for.
  5. Kicking him on the knee makes it a foul though and when looking over it on var Beaton had to give it.
  6. It’s a soft penalty and silva went down easy but when var looked at it there was clear contact so the penalty had to be given. Not even a difficult decision.
  7. I was clearly speaking to an idiot but for a while was concerned they didn’t include bookings as they occurred in injury time so by that logic Man Utd won the game!
  8. Yeah it was caicedo being booked after coming off that made my bet not come in. I messaged William hill on Twitter and the person who messaged back told me that it didn’t count as it happened in stoppage time .
  9. Were there bookings after the full time whistle last night because my sky sports app reported 4 cards and william Hill only saying 2?
  10. Well it was my mrs who suggested we watched and I assumed it would be about the story itself rather than following about online sleuths so I was left thinking it went off a little bit. I don’t find online sleuths interesting in the slightest after having watched that - they were all clearly mentally ill and very annoying.
  11. It was shit. A journalist called Zara McDermott did a recent one about the Idaho murders which was also shit and that was BBC as well.
  12. Was this in the documentary or your own knowledge? I still think documentary was shit. I watched a similar one about the murders in that American town Moscow that was even worse, and I worry about the standard of documentaries we have to look forward to in the coming years. I spoke to Kim once in 2007 when I was off my chops on a very good batch of pills me and my friends had sourced and he didn’t give anything away in our conversation to the point I couldn’t remember what we had spoke about when coming down the next day. I remember I found him pretty dismissive which I had always taken personally but now I have realised he just wasn’t interested in me because I wasn’t a teenage girl.
  13. Yeah but they didn’t even go into detail about how his son was the one reporting him missing before he went on the run - and where his son ended up after or if he got investigated they just fucked off and left that part out. They could have at least said they can’t do various things for legal reasons but they didn’t do it. The young woman just said she was pregnant never anything about it being his and we didn’t find anything out about his involvement with the child when born or anything else about the subject. Did it even say that the offences were related to the women who were being interviewed for the documentary? You just knew he got jailed for being a beast but there was very little specific detail.
  14. Yeah I don’t know why it would be taken seriously, was clearly made by a not very bright unionist.
  15. Nanny state stuff ie people aren’t deemed intelligent enough to not impulsively overdose on too much paracetamol.
  16. I think the documentary was awful and has made me completely lose interest in this case. It started with his son being in America with him and calling the police reporting the supposed death - did we ever hear anything about his son again in the documentary? Then there’s the young girl talking about how Avis was abusing her when she was pregnant, was it her son who reported him missing? Didn’t even specify if she was pregnant with his child? I can’t imagine anyone who had no backstory on this case having even the slightest interest in the documentary. It reminded me of a uni group project that was thrown together last minute. i do think it’s impressive how little people know about him considering he was constantly in the town centre of Inverness for years dealing with thousands of people.
  17. Was it not because of people stockpiling it during lockdown? Also because we are becoming a nanny state.
  18. Yeah probably - I didn’t find the meme funny just saw on Twitter and thought I’d share
  19. The pic was too much for someone and it had to be taken down.
  20. Everything about it was incredibly flat. I suppose you can’t blame the supporters for being quiet as the game progressed with such little excitement. City have certainly regressed since their treble win and something looks a bit off with them. I still think they’ll win the league but I really hope Pep fucks off this summer.
