I really wonder what we are doing during the week. Goodwin sent his team out to press which they did well and were easily the better team. I wonder if Wright would have given eleven supporters a game if they turned up early enough. Players look lost to me. Played five midfield players, and lost the middle of the park. Long punts and even when Hendry won the ball there was no one to get near his headers 95% of the time. Ponderous in possession with only a long ball to rely on. Central defence looked the most organised area. Absolutely dire.

Is any one of our three defensive coaches doing anything? I wouldn’t trust Wright in the transfer window. He has managed to build a squad that can’t defend and can’t score goals. If his past history is anything to go by he’ll wait for his target through the whole window and we’ll be left with another Ralston, Vihman or even May situation

Anderson to work with Duffy? Now I don’t disagree that it might be a good idea but what the f**k are we paying a manger and coaches to do? People are saying it’s the same mistakes every week so what going on at training? Are they playing FIFA?

Wright for me

I would be amazed if the Chairman lets this go much further. Doubt he’ll let nostalgia override the financial implications of relegation. Changing manager may not make a difference but I don’t see him just allowing us to go down without as much as a whimper.
