  1. Been off the radar with all this the last few days. What sanctions were agreed or was it just a temp license so they could play today? Also where are sevco getting the cash from to sign guys like Black and keep the like of Alexander, Elbows, Braodfoot and Wallace as well as the cash to keep Ibrox and Murray Park going? Gordon Waddell pretty much asked the same question in the Sunday Mail today.
  2. The silence from Doncaster over the last few weeks has strange. I wonder if mad vlad has something to do with it and all his Russian Mafia mates Good work Vlad.
  3. Am I correct in thinking that when liquidation was mentioned last week Muff & Phlaps said that Admin would last for another 8-10 weeks before the liquidators move in? Surely if that's the case then they can't newco during a season I would have thought. Really starting to think they will ban them for the year and gives them and the rest of Scottish football the chance to sort it's self out.
  4. From the Daily Retard today, even a good Northern Ireland man is sticking the knife in now, the bottom 2 paragraphs may want to be noted on RM Who or what are they going to boycott next, Orange Walks http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/2012/05/31/rangers-in-crisis-fifa-chief-jim-boyce-insists-governing-body-will-step-in-if-ibrox-club-don-t-get-in-line-86908-23880097/
  5. I had heard this this morning, surley to god their not that thick? It's total suicide. Excuse my ignorance but is this the kind of thing a company has to pay each month or can it be paid annually? Even if annually surley the deadline for that has passed. Excuse my ignorance
  6. With FIFA watching the SFA now though the SFA cant afford to hum and haw. If they dont take the correct action then as mentioned FIFA will threaten all other clubs in Europe and the International team from the qualifiers. The embargo will stand or Rangers will be expelled in relation the the original hearing and thats before the SFA chin them for taking them through the civil courts, which is what FIFA are pissed off about. I can see why folk would be cinical about the SFA but for once I think they will grow a pair and deal with it. They have done so far with this caee.
  7. So even if the SFA have cocked up, they now have FIFA on their backs to deal with it in the correct manner. That means now the SFA have Rangers by the balls now so if Rangers were to serve the ruling the SFA can be ready with the eviction letter.
  8. Apologies if this has been covered but why did Rangers not take this to the CAS as they should? Was it a case they were just plain thick or did the SFA not make them aware of this. I would imagine if FIFA are watching then Rangers are screwed and the ruling is worthless.
  9. Been that long since I posted on here that I had to re register as have been reading this topic with bouts of laughter since February. Done so to say outstanding post Captain, that should be forwaded to all media outlets tomorrow, not that they will do anything with it mind you as it doesn't suit their agenda. To also pick up further on what is above, below is a list of the countries where the SPL would have a higher average gates without the Ugly Sisters and the tournaments their national teams have qualified for since Scotland last did in 98. Denmark - Euro 2000, WC 2002, Euro 2004, WC 2010, Euro 2012 Sweeden - Euro 2000, WC 2002, Euro 2004, WC 2006, Euro 2012 Greece - Euro 2004 (won it), Euro 2008, WC 2010, Euro 2012 Romania - Euro 2000, Czech Republic - Euro 2000, Euro 2004, WC 2006, Euro 2008, Euro 2012 All but Romania have qualified regularly over the last 14 years. Whether or not it's relevant or not is open to debate but IMO certainley argues the point that are they really that beneficial for the good of the game.
