If the authorities had said the 12th was to be cancelled theyd have been outraged and sent their buckfast fuelled goons out to smash the place up as usual. Nobody should be in any way fooled by this ,they're as hateful now as always. -
2 episodes in to Black Earth Rising , very good so far ,the lead character is excellent and John Goodman is as good as ever.

I've never seen any of the LOTR films ,now is possibly the time, only things is they have the last 2 on Netflix but not the first one.

Sicario (Film4) Very good , Benicio Del Toro is excellent in it, a kind of anti-good guy. 8/10 Sequel is on Netflix, is it any good?

New series started on Friday, not bad , Jin is a good character, the son that wasnt in the inbetweeners is a woeful actor, the dads quite funny.

The English Game was a very good watch , Going to take the plunge into Money Heist tonight, have only heard good things about it.

The new Pearl Jam album Gigaton, overall a pretty good listen, the first track put me in mind of Vitalogy, the rest is somewhere around the Yield stuff.

Frankly bizzare, Smicker had made good progress with the glens, God knows what future lies ahead with this consortium, my guess is the land the stadium is built on and the surrounding area is a more attractive proposition to a wealthy businessman than an irish league club, already talk of a move from the oval to an " improved" ground share at Dundela. Saying that wealthy businessman like to have toys so the glens being the plaything of a multi millionaire for a few years may be fun. Hiring a coach purely on the basis of him backing the bid isn't the best start though..

Final shot should have been the camera panning away from jon to the furthest reaches of the north where dany lies still with drogon perched on a rock behind her...camera closes in on her face,eyes open ...she is the new night queen..... ...or don't stop believin plays it out, either would have been good.

It's possible but are those mentioned particularly power hungry to be the overall ruler? They all now have exactly what they wanted(although Bronn may be an issue) , the only way I see them entering conflict is together against dany if she is threatening a tyrannical rule over them. Which looks like she is and the game starts all over again ,which could be the ending...although how we'll get to that in one episode is a puzzler.

What a comeback by the Crues last night to win the county antrim shield, 3-1 down to linfield at half time then came back with 2 late goals to end up winni g 4-3. Incredible stuff.
