Did any of the former actors appear? There was a tour when I was there that was a bit more expensive but it was a former person in the show doing the tour.

Love the ride from JFK but when I went in September it was a nightmare for traffic as it was on at the same time as a bunch of politicians staying in Manhattan, took around 2 hours the taxi journey which was hellish.

The water park in Faliraki is brilliant and won't be too far from you if you are into water parks, would recommend going to the old town for scran as well. My brother used to be a holiday rep for 1830 back in the day and I went out in 2010 to see him a few times that summer, absolutely loved Rhodes.

My mrs was the same and ended up loving it, same with The Wire. Mental to have two of the greatest shows of all time on the same network at the same time basically.

I do a lot of running and stay next to the Derwent Walk in Gateshead which is where I do a lot of my running and while I like dogs it is annoying when stuff like that happens, whenever I'm out with my mate running and they run at him he goes mad at the owners as he hates big dogs. Had once incident when I was training my dog off lead and two runners ran by with a dog and he ended up running after them, he didn't go for the dog or jump at the runners but didn't want to run the risk of that ever happening again as it's embarrassing and folk will rightly be pissed off, I've got a german shepherd which is a big dog too.

Met Fudge, the Dumbarton ball boy (shakehands i think he was called), both were sound guys and a few other posters, also know a few posters in real life. When I went to New York in September my mate didn't want to do the tour as he couldn't get into it so we settled on going to the diner of the last scene and going to see the house. Diner was incredible and I sat in the table that Tony sat in. Best show ever, it is heavy going when trying to binge watch though I could only manage 2 episodes a day as it can be so heavy going at times with so much going on.

I rarely let my dog off lead as I'm not 100% with his recall, only when the path is dead with just us two on it. Whenever I see a runner or cyclist I am well out of their way.

Be interesting to see how folk are getting on with that, I had 3 that I renewed in December which basically doubled in monthly payments which wasn't great but thankfully they are good yielders so they are still positive cashflow every month, got one up in August this year so hopefully it will have calmed down a bit by then.

I remember going a workout with one of my mates at the beggining, and there was someone calling us out on the running track for not being from the same household. I had a pretty good time in the first lockdown, I had sold my business for decent money in January 2020 which was a shop so I couldn't have timed it any better, finished off my uni degree (got a 1st) and got into running so I ended up losing about 5st and ran a marathon and plenty of half marathons. Managed to get to Ibiza and Crete in 2020 which was brilliant with how quiet and cheap it was, just chilling in the sun all day. Went to Alton Towers and Blackpool Pleasure Beach a few times too and the lack of queues were great. When everything started to shut back down again I hit a proper lull for a few months where I'd just be eating shite and scrolling endlessly on social media, rotating between Instagram, snapchat and twitter, and playing Warzone all day. Moved to Newcastle in January 21 for a new job starting in the September, got my masters from Newcastle Uni and moved in with the Mrs so it got a lot better again. Got back into decent nick and managed to get away on couple of holidays, go to Wembley and the Czech game during the Euros. Weird time looking back and just feel like it is 2 years totally wasted.

Sitting at 129kg today so good to get out of the 130s haha, next stop sub 120. Definitely feeling better on my runs and so just need to be consistent with the diet, gym and runs. The running feels much better for me when I am carrying less timber as I am going faster and finding it easier than going out a run at 130 + kg so just need to keep it up.

Howe doesn't seem to fancy Maximin as he has been playing Joelinton at left wing the last few games, I'd much rather see him drop back and then get Longstaff out. Gordon will have resale value if he is a success plus will meet the homegrown quota for the league rules. Would much rather have Maddison if you offered which one out of the two but Howe has had a good record so far with transfers. Buzzing for the semi final on Tuesday and have managed to snag a ticket behind the goals in the Leazes end, taking my nephew he has been much luckier to grow up in Newcastle rather than Airdrie the way things have been going!

Went to Wrexham vs Gateshead last night, met a bunch of fans from there on holiday in 2016 and have kept an eye out on their scores since and obviously have been watching the documentary. Was some turnout from the away support and the game was made sweeter by me landing a 7/1 bet builder in the 92nd minute, had Wrexham -2, Mullin and Palmer to score anytime.
