    We have our champion!

Dumbarton supporter @Silverton End is the 2019 winner and we congratulate him on his great success.

    His picks were:

    1. Raith Rovers
    2. Forfar Athletic
    3. Peterhead
    4. Cove Rangers
    5. Celtic
    6. Inverness CT
    7. Edinburgh City
    8. Rangers
    9. Falkirk

A big thanks to everyone for taking part in this daft wee competition again during the past few months. It can take a bit of effort at the start but I enjoy doing it and I hope you all enjoy playing. We will be back again for the start of the 2020/2021 season, where Scotland will be the reigning European champions...

    Well done that poster.

Hopefully Shankland can keep up his anonymous act against us but no doubt he'll put in a cracking performance and bag a couple. It'd be a good time for Dobbs to find his shooting boots again. If our midfield could find some kind of form it'd be grand but I won't hold my breath. A creative player before Saturday would come in handy.

International duty or am I being whoooooshed, no?

I'll reserve judgement until he's got a few games under his belt this spell,  not on what he used to be like or what fans of other clubs think of him. He'll get due criticism like any player would if he deserves it but I'll have a bit of faith that Johnston knows what he's doing by signing him.

Aye but how long will that take and how many consecutive games will he be able to play?

If my memory serves me well he didn't/couldn't manage many last time he was here and that was a few seasons ago!

Very much a meh signing for me.

I'm very optimistic about this. I thought McCrorie's performance against us in the Tuesday night game at Cappielow in February was the best 90 mins from a keeper against us last season. He made 2 or 3 really top class saves and came and took crosses all night. He was the reason Morton won. Hopefully we'll see a lot more of that.

I'd prefer it if our keeper had nothing to do!
