Glenvale 0-1 Vale of Leven The Young Vale continue their impressive winning run and go into the last 16 of the Challenge Cup. But boy was that a nervy last fifteen minutes or so.

The theatrical challenge was really good, some excellent looking dishes. Not sure who'll end up going through tonight, the four that are left have all been pretty strong.

I've only been to one wedding abroad in America. It was my sister in-law's and in fairness to her the whole thing was about 15 minutes from her house - it just happens that her sister (my wife) now lives over here. We just made the wedding part of a holiday over there.

Caledonian Braves (South of Scotland) 5-3 Nithsdale Wanderers. Nithsdale 2 up and cruising early on, got a man sent off an capitulated. Got a second red card in the second half then scored a late consolation. Good entertainment.

A rare Sunday night Overtone. Brilliant as usual.

Sunday session time since it's still my birthday weekend.

First beer for me from Ampersand and on this strength I'll buy from them again. Very enjoyable sour.

I've seen Thistle a couple of times this season and they look a decent side. Considering they only got promoted at the last minute because Forfar Farmington dropped out, they've competed very well and have been an excellent addition to the league.

I've got that in my cupboard after finding it in Morrisons, looking forward to getting to it. Another one from Beer52 Ireland box for me just now. Pretty good.
