The negativity of some of our fans, you are correct is terrible at times. I as have others commented on this several times. I have on many occasions felt like shifting from my usual seat because of this. Some of the folk round about where I sit (and most are rather more elderly than me) must have been some players in their day because they expect Messi like performances for 90 mins from every player.

I don't think its unreasonable to for supporters to mention their disappointment with the start we have had, I agree that there is no need to over react nor panic. Early days of course, however it is clear that there are indications that we are not managing games well. Leading late on and not getting 3 points or fighting to get even in game and coming away with nothing is not the way to potentially win leagues. Defending is not just back 3 or 4 responsibility, we seem at the moment missing something that allows us to kill game in midfield. I wont mention the goal keeper as it looks like I have a personal issue with him, obviously I don't. It may be that the way we defend all over the park is a surprise to Barry and he will hopefully sort out, whether that is by changing personnel or set up, but it is obvious that we have one or two issues that contribute to the fact we lose really avoidable goals and therefore important points there is no doubt about that. Does Mark Roberts departure mean we may have budget for another player?

That is the issue with him; potential but nowhere near finished article or ready for a regular starting keeper place at this level yet, would be an excellent young back for now.

Certainly no sign of him on the updated player profile page on OS. Interestingly only one goalkeeper, the young lad who was back up all last year is also not listed. 17 players listed, so unless some of the U20's are involved I would like to think another 3 or 4 to come. Especially if you consider that JP will be out for a few weeks yet apparently and Fergie also just started running, so couple of months at least for him to even sit on the bench, Junior I suppose 3-4 weeks so effectively down to 14 and one keeper....fingers crossed, all about budget I suppose.

I would say that as sitting midfield player he was very decent in our league. At centre half awful, full back ok nothing special.

Wee bit harsh; Listening to BF, he said they had a double training session yesterday and a full session before the game. Very early days to throw in the towel.

I remember at the time he was released, I was quite disappointed. I did not know he has injury issues, good luck to the guy if he can come back, decent ability so give him a chance.

Espinola....what a player he was, could only dream of someone of his quality!

Unfortunately he would have to acquire a first touch over the summer to hold play up, not his best attribute I am afraid. Workrate etc no lack of that right enough.
