Have to vote in person. Details in the Greenock Tele (of course) next week. Frankly I think it shows how stubbornly we're clinging to the 20th Century, missing a great opportunity to improve our online presence (and attractiveness to advertisers) by not forcing folk to sign up to Newsletters (etc.) in order to vote.

Moore signed a lot more players, but anyway here's my take on the signings (obviously entirely subjective and difficult because different levels but anyway...) More or Less Acceptable Moore Signings: Marc Smyth David O'Brien Fred Stuart McCaffrey Peaso Archie Campbell Mark McLaughlin Willie Dyer Derek Gaston Martin Hardie Scott Taggart Kevin Rutkiewicz Joe McKee Dougie Imrie Not So Great Moore Signings: Jason Naismith Graeme Holmes Stewart Kean Kevin Kelbie Jonathan Toto Darren Young Derek Lyle Ross Forsyth Di Giacomo Andy Graham Andy Jackson Sean Fitzharris Darren McGeouch Kevin McCann Matt McGinley Derek Young Alan Combe Iain Flannigan Stephen Stirling Jordan Halsman David Graham Tony Wallace Craig Reid Kyle Wilkie David Hutton Colin McMenamin Jonathan Page Nico Caraux Kabba-Modou Cham Reece Hands Tomas Peciar Michal Habai Nacho Novo Jake Nicholson More or Less Acceptable Duffy Signings: Lee Kilday Conor Pepper Stef McCluskey Ricki Lamie Jon Scullion Dec McManus (loan) Ross Forbes Michael Tidser & Peaso returning Bobby Barr Denny Johnstone (loan) Luca (loan) Not So Great Duffy Signings: Michael Miller Sean Crighton Stefan Milojevic Andy Barrowman Jordan Allan Jamie McCluskey Grant Adam Ross Caldwell Romario Sabajo Alex Samuel (loan)

Looking towards the new year, I'll be seriously worried if we can't extend Gasparotto's loan until the end of the season. Denny's here until the end of the season, assuming Birmingham don't recall him in the January window (can't see why they would). Losing Samuel would be a blow as well, but without Gasparotto our defence will be hugely exploitable.

An overreaction, maybe, disgrace is the wrong word - I'm sure there are far more eloquent ways of putting it. Regardless, I don't think it's misplaced to be bother/either disappointed and/or angry at his departure. We should make keeping players like this a top priority regardless of timing - not another task to be completed at the end of the season. The boy was excellent last season, and as soon as any interest popped up we should've been looking to formalise an agreement of some sort.
